Extremely beautiful house, very nice host and very good general location if you have a car

Pros: The villa is simply perfect, much more comfort than we could use during our short stay. Maria, the host is an extremely nice person, eager to recommend where to go, to solve problem should they arise, to help in general. The location is a private \

Cons: If you don't have a car, the location is a little bit remote in respect to even the local points of interest. There is a shop and restaurant in the walking distance, but the neighborhood (outside the closed area of the villa village) is a bit unkempt to be considered a nice walk. Minor quirks: very noisy dishwasher and washing machine, lack of drinking water filter and just the basic stock of toilet paper and soap.

Pros: The location suited our needs very well it was in a quiet gated residential area but within walking distance to beaches,shops and restaurants we hired a car and there was ample parking at the property. Mariea kindly let us get ready along with bridesmaids and daughter on her wedding morning and leave from the villa in her wedding car. Nothing was any trouble to Mariea she sent us information on things to see and do and lots of places of interest as well as places to eat.

Cons: disappointed in the pool temperature but understand that at this time of year October all the pools are the same and it is warmer to swim in the sea

Pros: Maria is amazing, very helpful and always answered our questions and wishes! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

Pros: We LOVED everything about the property. The villa was exceptionally clean. Maria greeted us when we arrived and explained everything to us, she sent lots of really helpful info and checked in via message often, to check everything was okay. The pool was extremely clean and was a massive hit with our children. The villa had washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines.

Cons: Nothing, it was outstanding.

Pros: It was a lovely villa with everything needed. Maria was a lovely host and gave us loads of local facilities available and places to go etc. Beach within easy walking distance. Buses to Protaras on a regular basis but next time would probably hire a car.

Definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

Pros: Quiet location with a private street, excellent front terrace for breakfast and spacious interior. The cozy backyard with a swimming pool created the right atmosphere for an evening chill-out.
