Absolutely fantastic villa and location.

Pros: The villa was clean, spacious and a perfect location. It was quiet and private and ideal for a family holiday.

We were very comfortable and felt quite at home here.

Pros: The location was good in a peaceful area but close to a few restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. It was also near the beach. The garden and pool area was very pleasant and easy to relax in.

Cons: Very little not to like. It was initially a little difficult to find because we arrived in the dark. The mattress was a little on the firmer side.

Great location, nice villa, helpful staff.

Pros: Excellent location - in the hub of the bay with easy access to beach and restaurants. A lovely sized pool for gentle swimming. The location of the villa is so quiet and we had plenty of space for four people. In terms of staff, any problems were addressed quickly and Denny was brilliant at coming by to sort/fix things - what a really nice guy. We also really appreciated being able to have a late checkout as our flight was in the evening. Thank you.

Cons: A few things need updating/replacing. More cups, glasses, cutlery so we didn’t need to wash up/ use dishwasher after every meal. Some table mats too and a second parasol for the pool would be good. I thought we might be provided with washing powder, more than 1 days toiletries for the shower. Other properties we have stayed at in Pissouri area have provided more BBQ materials - charcoal etc.

Pros: Great welcome pack, very clean, perfect private garden & pool, lovely size villa Staff & owner were very helpful & accommodating Villa location is within minutes walk to the beach, bars, shops & plenty of great restaurants in Pissouri Bay

Pleasant stay in a good location

Pros: The location, spacious, excellent communication with the owner, any problems dealt with efficiently by the friendly caretaker Denny

Cons: The pool needs a new lining. No dressing tables in two of the bedrooms. Quite dated in places, particularly the bathrooms, some tiles need replacing and updating. Could do with new sunbeds and cushions.

Fabulous hosts, would 100% come again

Pros: Brilliant location, staff were extremely helpful and fast to attend the couple of times we had very minor issues, they even bought my daughter a brand new bottle of perfume ,after an accident during cleaning, and it was the au du parfum even though hers was the cheaper version. They also allowed us to saty for as long as we needed on our last day due to a late flight. We were very well looked after.

Cons: Air con units were a bit hit and miss but ok most of the time.

Had a lovely time in a beautiful location

Pros: Great location and facilities. They dealt with queries quickly and sorted out minor problems on the same day

Cons: Not enough cleaning facilities. People won’t clean if you don’t leave the equipment

Fabulous villa in lovely location

Pros: The villa was ideally located, quiet street but close to all the facilities. The rooms were clean, spacious and the villa well equipped. The pool area was fabulous and when we asked for an extra sun lounger it was delivered immediately. When we asked for a late check out as we had a later flight, this was accommodated quickly and kindly.

Cons: Nothing - it was fantastic

Lovely stay in Pissouri Bay

Pros: We loved the location and the spacious villa. The Vineland staff were very helpful to us. Villa was clean and the pool was cleaned during our stay.

Cons: The beds could be more comfy. They were quite hard.

Passuri is a charming town with a pleasant beach.

Pros: The host welcomed us happily on the day of arrival and the location of the villa was excellent.

Cons: The specification of the apartment states that there is a coffee machine, in reality there was a percolator for making coffee, the pool was not clean, the bottom of the pool was full of sand, the safe did not work.
