Can recommend for family/friends trip

Pros: New furniture, new built house. A very quiet agricultural area with 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops/coffee places. Crazy view from the roof to the Famagusta ghost town, which brings a lot of thoughts, plus sea view. BBQ spot. The roosters sing loudly in the morning, which I find a plus. All city infrastructure in 5-6 minutes drive as well as all beaches of Protaras.

Cons: There was no corkscrew in the house so I left you mine. Wi-fi did not work on the 2nd floor. Lights did not work in one of the bedrooms. Roof terrace could have been tidied up a bit better, not very convenient stairs.
