Great Villa, Great Lovation, Great Holiday!

Pros: Great location, close to everything, staff helpful with small issue we had and put right straight away, also kept us up to date before arrival. Little welcome pack in the fridge was a nice touch.

Cons: Not really anything to moan about!

Fabulous villa in a great location!

Pros: Excellent location, close to amazing beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, bakery. Perfect size for 8ppl, very clean pool and well equipped house and patio area. Great staff and communication with the property management team.

Cons: The only think I would add is a shower in the downstairs bathroom as there is a space for it for people occupying the downstairs bedroom. It’s a bit loud until approx. 1:30am but that’s the price you pay for the amazing location;)

Everything was fine.

Pros: Everything was great. They clean the pool often and only 1min walk from the strip. Looking forward to stay here again.

Cons: Everything was good I think it needs a mop and brush for users to use.

The Best Villa Rental

Pros: The location of Sunrise Bay Villas is excellent. A few steps to the best beach in Cyprus, Fig Tree Bay and the main strip of Protaras. The service from La Mer was outstanding. We would recommend 100% and will be rebooking with this company, we have already looked at their villas for 2024.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was on point, with thoughtful and efficient management.

Pros: property was really clean, Astro turf at the side which was perfect for my 3 year old wanting to play - perfect for a family in terms of space (plus a washing machine! which is essential for a baby and a toddler)

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Sunrise Bay villa #1.

Pros: Bra kommunikation med värdarna, snabb service, närhet till havet och gågata med många restauranger. Rent och fräscht. Rymliga utrymmen både inne och utomhus. Perfekt för vårt sällskap på 8 personer.

Cons: Störande fester från närliggande hus, dock ej från Sunrise Bay villas.

Pros: 1. Местоположение идеальное. В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, рестораны, аптека, самый лучший пляж Fig Tree Bay (до пляжа 3 минуты пешком). 2. Вилла просторная, каждая комната оборудована кондиционером. Большая гостиная, с обеденным столом, диваном, креслами и телевизором, соединенная с кухней. Есть все необходимые принадлежности чтоб приготовить еду, а так же посудомоечная машина. В кладовке были так же утюг, гладильная доска и принадлежности для уборки. Есть так же стиральная машинка. 3. Огромным плюсом является личный бассейн, который регулярно приезжают чистить работники. 4. Так же имеются шезлонги, зонт, большой обеденный стол и мангал для гриля. 5. Удобный check in. Хозяин высылает полную информацию по заселению. Ключи находятся в ящике возле входной двери на виллу. Необходимо только ввести четырехзначный код.

Cons: Минусов мало и они практически незначительные. 1. Нам было мало 1 пары ключей на 7 человек. 2. В ванной комнате на 1 этаже есть только унитаз и очень не хватает душевой кабины. 3. Было бы хорошо хотя бы в общей комнате поставить новый телевизор с функцией Smart TV. 4. Немного нас смутил возвратный залог, который вернулся на банковскую карту еще до нашей поездки на Кипр (примерно за неделю до нашего заселения на виллу) и уже с вычетом 120 евро (которые мы договорились заплатить в предпоследний день отпуска за более поздний выезд из виллы).
