Amazing

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this beautifully beach house! Location it’s amazing. Many restaurants around. The property is spacious.Common swimming pool it’s quite. Not many persons around. All houses near by are quite so You can really relax. 3 well- bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an extra toilet), there was plenty of room for me and so comfortable for families. One of the highlights was the terrace - ideal for morning coffee with sea views or evening drinks with a sea view. The location couldn't be better - just steps from the beach, yet quiet and peaceful.Highly recommended for families or friends.

Pros: Nice spacious villa with character near the beach. Very quiet location, slept very well! Good AC and clean.

Cons: Villa could do with a bit of decorating and small maintenance jobs. I liked the Villa but if you like everything cleanly painted and spot free you may not. Communal pool is around 100m from the Villa. A bbq would be nice.

Pros: I liked the location - straight by the beach, close to highway exit. The property was fully equipped with all necessities for a bigger family.

Cons: The house was a bit cold when we entered but we managed to heat it overnight. The mattresses in the bedroom towards the road were very soft.

Excellent acommodation in a fabulous location

Pros: The property is excellent, spacious and impeccably clean, the location is fabulous and very quiet, The beach is clean, suitable for kids. Many shops and restaurants nearby are available for food replenishment and dining out. The owner is very kind and helpful. I'm glad to confirm that we have seen no ants or any other insects reported by the guest in the past :)

Cons: The state of most electricals is very disappointing. On arrival after sunset we found that 4 indoor lights and all the 4 outdoor lights are out of service. We couldn’t cook as it was completely dark in the kitchen, the lights in the staircase on the first floor, medium bedroom and one of the ceiling lights in the dining area weren’t working. All of them had B22 sockets and the box with plenty spare lamp bulbs in the cupboard had none of this type, so we had to urgently find and buy the replacement. The outdoor lights need a ladder for replacement of the bulbs so we couldn't do it, and in the dark the absence of the lighting at the entrance porch may result in trauma as steps aren’t visible… One of the slots in the toaster is broken and the device has to be replaced. The stove can’t be really used as the dials on the handles are or completely broken or not readable so have to be replaced. The only one working floor light had broken plug and unsafe to use. The frying pan and microwave are definitely missing, my son based in Larnaka had to bring his own ones from his flat. The shower hose in the master bedroom is leaking and needs replacement. All these flaws are simple and cheap to fix, it’s a shame that they were ignored and negatively impacted the overall quality of the stay while really not a big deal. We hope that thedr small issues will be fixed and the future guests will not face the same problems.

Really enjoyed the stay in this house

Pros: The location was great a short walk to the beach and the pool. Could have done with some more seating round the pool. Also close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Beds are a bit firm but otherwise ok. There are a lot of little red ants so you have to be careful with food.

Pros: Отличное местоположение, прямо на пляже. Можно самим заселиться, очень удобно. Много балконов и диванов.

Cons: Можно немного вложиться в калитку на пляж, она совсем плохо открывается.

Trotz kleinerer „Mängel“ und Vorkommnisse ein sehr entspannter Urlaub

Pros: Sehr große, sonnige Terrasse, beschatteter Sitz/Essbereich - wirklich top! Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich gut. 2 separate Bäder mit Toilette - super + 1 WC im EG. 1min zu Fuß zum Strand/Meer. Etwas außerhalb von Larnaca, kaum Touristen.

Cons: Terrassentüren schwer zu verriegeln, In einer Nacht wurde über eine der Terrassentüren, trotzdem Sie verschlossen war eingebrochen und sämtliches Bargeld gestohlen! Leider kein Safe im Haus verfügbar! Vermieter ist diesbezüglich nicht versichert. Von einer Anzeige bei der Polizei haben wir abgesehen - es hätte uns das Geld nicht wiedergebracht und wir hätten vermutlich nur mehrere Stunden Urlaubs-Zeit verloren. Herd in der Küche teilweise defekt, Backrohr funktioniert gar nicht. Sauberkeit in Ordnung, in manchen Ecken leichte Spinnweben, aber nicht schlimm, Küche/Küchengeräte klebrig/speckig - könnten einmal eine intensivere Reinigung vertragen. Kein Vermieter/Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Kontakt nur über WhatsApp.

Pros: Bliskość plaży, świetnie zaplanowane osiedle ze ścieżkami zbiegającymi się przy wspólnym basenie. Widok na morze i super taras. W okolicy blisko sklepy i restauracje. Łatwy dojazd i miejsce parkingowe.

Cons: Raz nie zamknęliśmy okiennic na noc i przez okno tarasowe do domu wszedł złodziej i wyczyścił z gotówki portfel zostawiony w salonie. Brak podstawowych artykułów jak sól, cukier, przyprawy, herbata.
