Nice house for bigger groups. Responsive owner. Small issues to be fixed to make the house perfect.

Pros: Big house, comfortable beds, nice pool, responsive owner. Generally nice house for big groups.

Cons: The house needs some maintenance - there are 3 fridges but only 1 is working, dishwasher is not washing properly the upper shelf (glasses), it would be nice to have smaller pots etc. Those are small issues which can be easily fixed. The garden is full of rubbish - strange for a luxury villa. The real issue is stairs on the terrasse by the pool - the tiles are sticking out and are pretty dangerous, very sharp. We broke one accidentally without using much power - just running downstairs. Luckily nothing happened but it could have ended in the hospital. The owner has explained that this is made by purpose in order to protect LCD light under the stairs. Well ok for lights - but it is dangerous, especially for kids. Be aware of distance to the airport - plains are rather loud (not a problem for us, we expected it). It is kind of rural area - in the evening there was pretty bed smell of fertilizer - probably seasonal problem.

Pros: . We loved the pool and gardens were beautiful scattered with fruit trees around. It was very quiet and secluded. Size was perfect to fit 11 of us with further sofas if extra persons needed. The host was super quick at answering any questions

Cons: You definately would need a car to get around and to get into larnaca beach was 25 mins, although more remote beaches nearby. The GPS could not locate the property so we did have fun trying to find it

Fantastic place for big groups with cars and free time to use the facilities in the villa.

Pros: Very big villa ideal for a big groups; BBQ eqipment and a lot of amenities in the kitchen.

Cons: Old TV with no Smart TV options (YouTube would be great); Location - far from everything.

Pros: Очень красивая локация, место уединенное, кругом ни души. Детям особенно понравился бассейн. Нас встретил в аэропорту отец владельца, очень милый дядечка ) Владелец отвечает на сообщения мгновенно.

Cons: навесов от тени недостаточно, владелец сообщил, что в течении 2 недель добавит, поэтому всё здорово

Pros: Ηταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα! Ο Κ.Στέλιος και κ.Γιώργος υπέροχοι, συνεργάσιμοι και επαγγελματίες. Το σπίτι έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι για να περάσεις καλά!
