Kakopetria's Holiday House

Pros: Great place! The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The owner was very friendlt and helpful. We had a great time!

Cons: A small point is that we would like some extra cleaning supplies (e.g. garbage bags, sponges)

Pros: The house is in a wonderful location, tucked away in a quiet part of the village. It’s about a 10-minute easy walk to the center. Everything was very clean, which made staying in the house really pleasant. There is everything you need for a barbecue, and the kitchen is fully equipped — appliances, plates, glasses, and plenty of pots for 7 people. In winter the house is warm, with central heating and air conditioners in the rooms. There is hot water in the taps, which is especially comfortable during the colder season. It was a very good choice for our vacation. The hostess is very kind and replies to messages immediately. Highly recommended!! We would love to come back in the summer.

Pros: clean, comfortable, many equipment for good holidays

Cons: problems with hot water. we didn’t understand how to make it warm.

Pros: Amazing villa in Kakopetria Spacious, modern kitchen with everything you need, stunning pool area, and very large comfortable rooms . One of the best villas we’ve ever stayed

Wonderful hidden gem of a house. Exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Highly recommend this house. We travelled as a family and stayed here for one week. It was stocked with everything we needed and had much welcomed extras we had coffee and fresh nectarines from the garden. The pool was amazing spotlessly clean as was the poolside area. The outside shower was beautiful all the bedrooms were air-conditioned and the beds were very comfortable. This house for exceeded our expectations and we would happily return. The local town was quaint and well worth visiting. We found the property very easily and the directions were very clear. Book this you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons: Nothing it was fabulous

Once we found the house , it was great !

Pros: The location was nice , unfortunately Booking .com had the wrong address on their site so we spent a long time driving around trying to find it !When we got hold of the owner , we found out it was 56 not 65, then we found it …..

Cons: Going straight to the owner would have saved us a lot of time .

Everything was good, I want to come back in summer

Pros: Big 3-storey house, 4 separate bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed) and 4 bathrooms. The house has everything you need (electrical appliances, tableware, central heating). The location is very good - 5 minute walking to old Kakopetria, rope park and river trail. Located near the road but it’s quite.

Cons: The view is not something special

Great stay
