Pros: Everything was perfect, host was spot on, in walking distance to nissi beach shops and restaurants

Cons: Furniture was in need of a little update in living room and tv was broken but it was livable and we didn't miss the tv as we was enjoying ourselfs with out the tv

Fantastic week in Ayia Nappa at the Villa Cornelia

Pros: Property as described. Host was very amenable and fair with the group regarding additional requests. Pool area was very good. Clean and comfortable. Able to order food and drink from supermarket on site for delivery. Had a fantastic time during our week here !!

We really liked it, this is a place where guests can have a balanced rest and entertainment!

Pros: We liked everything! The place! The villa! The comfort! The owner! The pool! Relaxing in the villa yard!

Cons: Our recommendations are to install a new large refrigerator so that guests can do their main shopping at the supermarket and not waste time on it! Also fix the plumbing, probably because of the high demand and guests they break!

Pros: Property was in a nice location easily accessible plenty big enough owners were very friendly

Cons: The property just lacked some things teatowels , dust pan and brush just little things to help keep the place tidy (owner did bring us a brush when we mentioned it to be fair so I’m sure if we had asked they would have provided . Neighbouring villa had a dog which barked quite a lot at night

Great value for money and perfect for groups

Pros: Swimming pool was nice and clean, so were the bed sheets, lots of clean bathrooms, great location, plenty of space inside and out, air con was effective. The owner Nick was very helpful and responsive when we had a problem

Cons: Couple of rips in sofas and broken lamp - the hair dryer broke

Nick the host was very accommodating and nice. Highly recommend

Pros: Villa was lovely and had more or Less all the essentials. Short walk to shops/ restaurants aswell as the beach. Very nice

Cons: Could have been cleaner and had a few better facilities, such as a working kettle or better shower

Pros: we loved the Villa , the location was perfect, Nick the host was very helpful and responsive,

Cons: some areas could do with updating, but it didn’t affect the overall stay

Good place to spend a couple of days regardless some drawbacks.

Pros: Spacious, sunny house with plenty of room for 6–8 people and an en suite bathroom in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. 5 minutes walk from restaurants, 10 minutes walk from Nissi Beach with a private pool, an outdoor dining area, and quite a big barbecue. Private parking space. Overall, a nice place, if you turn a blind eye to some flaws.

Cons: Despite the fact that the house is not old, it is already a bit worn. Dirty stains between the windows glass make a really bad first impression. Basic furnishings. Worn living room sofa—the landlord should really clean it thoroughly or renew it. On the pictures of the Booking.com offer, there are pictures of several similar houses, and you actually don't know which one you book. The fourth bedroom is located under the staircase in a kind of former garage room, has only one small window, and is much worse than the other three (which actually matters only if there are more than 6 people in the house).
