Nissi Villa

we were left with a very positive impression of our time in Cyprus and would gladly recommend this place to others.

Pros: The villa enjoys an exceptional location—just a 5–7 minute walk from what is arguably the finest beach on the entire island. The host is remarkably responsive and attentive, making communication effortless and highly reassuring.

Cons: The villa itself is clean and comfortable; however, certain elements would benefit from renovation. For example, one of the bedrooms has a rather firm mattress, and we ultimately chose to sleep on the sofa bed on the ground floor—fortunately, having this option made our stay much easier. A few stovetop burners were also not functioning. Additionally, some basic household items needed to be brought along or purchased separately, such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and extra toilet paper, especially given our two-week stay.

Pros: The property was exactly as described in the pictures , spacious, clean, and tidy. It offered all the facilities we needed, including everything available for cooking. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Overall, a well-equipped and comfortable place to stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t working during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. Also, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from downstairs, especially when in the bedroom.

Pros: Everything was perfect — close to the beach, quiet area, and the accommodation had all the necessary facilities. Any small issue we reported was promptly and efficiently resolved.

Cons: On a few days, some young people in a nearby villa were a bit noisy, though this is not typical for the area and, of course, not something the host could control.

Pros: Beautiful spacious villa at perfect location. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Host was kind and helpful!

Pros: The best thing about the villa is the proximity to the Nissi beach and the kindness of owners. They were super fast to reply to any of our requests (e.g: the coffee machine was broken so the owner brought her own machine during our stay). The villa is very calm despite being so close to Nissi beach. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay so we could not use - on the other side, the Nissi beach is just amazing and we didn't miss the swimming pool at all! We have enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end.

Cons: Just a kind advice - renew the kitchen equipment (put more things for cooking and eating - pots/ plates/ cutlery) and buy new sunbeds for outside would make a HUGE value added to the villa. All the best!

Pros: The location is great, 2 minutes to go to Nissi beach, supermarket and bakery nearby, beach towels are provided, very convenient!

Great , well equiped house close to the Nissi beach

Pros: Great house, few minutes from Nissi beach, nice terasse, nice host, you will find in the house everything you need for a long or short stay. Especially I liked that they keep things from I suppose revious guests, like salt, papper, shower gel etc, so if you forgot something, you can find in the house. Overall great stay

Cons: The walls of the house is thin, so you can hear all noise from the street even if all windows are closed. Didnt disturb us a lot, but I suppose could be worse in an active season

Pros: The villa was clean, everything works fine. Nissi beach and shops are close. Our host was very helpful, kind and the communication was very easy with him. We will come back definitely, we were very satisfied.

Good choice

Pros: Everything was fine with the accommodation. It was clean, all the tools you might need are there. Close to Nissi Beach, a few minutes' walk. Very flexible key delivery and collection. I will choose this Villa next time when I travel to Cyprus with a small group.

Pros: It was perfect, property is clean, very good location, has all the necessary appliances, large and clean pool. Host was very kind and welcoming. Strongly recommended!
