Napa Hills Seaview Villas

A nice stay ☺️

Pros: this villa was not available so we got and upgrade, our villa was amazing , i have left my heart there !!!

Cons: there was no gate controller, but we managed to open and close it.

Relaxing and Luxurious villa

Pros: We have spent 6 days at Napa Hills Seaview Villas as a family, in Villa No. 5, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villa was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It had a fantastic private pool with a spacious sunbathing area, plus a rooftop jacuzzi that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Inside, the living area was large and welcoming, and the kitchen had all the amenities for home-cooked meals. We loved that the villa had 3 bedrooms across two floors, offering plenty of space and privacy. The Wi-Fi was fast, and having free parking right on site was super convenient.

Cons: The only downside was the mattress being a bit too soft for our taste, and the pillows too firm, we couldn't get a good quality sleep—but that's a personal preference, so we didn’t let that affect our score much. Overall, it’s a stunning villa in a great location, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Pros: That villa was amazing, very spacious rooms, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and one more bathroom on the ground floor, good equipped kitchen, very nice garden pool, and amazing jacuzzi on the roof with beautiful view especially for sunset!

Cons: When i need help from host i had to wait 2-3 days… we did’t have hot water and nobody sent to us instruction how to turned on hot water.

Pros: House is very comfortable for a family stay. It has three bedrooms, roof terace with nice view of coastline, jakuzzi with heating, living room / kitchen. Pool, car parking. Big screen TV. I would recommend this house for a holiday stay.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Though it is little up to hill from Ayia Napa.

Pros: Brand new modern villa with a pool and hot tub- great price for the off-season. The mgt team was in constant contact before and after arrival, and very responsive. Recommend a rental car to get to/from local shopping and restaurants. Great view of the sea from the top floor.

Cons: Maybe a simple instruction sheet on the table to explain how things work, i.e. heat/a/c, hob, and washer/dryer. Small issue with heat, and mgt had a technician come out and quickly solve it.

Pros: Lovely clean rooms, good facilities, comfy spacious beds, left us some water and a bottle of wine (we didn’t drink this!) Also allowed us to check out a bit later due to a later flight.

Cons: The hot tub wasn’t warmed up before our arrival and took ages to warm up so we didn’t get to go in the first night but they were responsive and helped us sort it out.

10/10 experience

Pros: This villa is absolutely stunning with a fantastic view overlooking Ayia Napa! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Very nice but could have been better.

Pros: Very modern spacious property has plenty wardrobe space and the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is very nice. You will need to rent a car otherwise it will cost a fair bit in taxi’s.

Cons: On arrival we were not left any instructions on how to work things, I.e you have to press a button before the hot water works (all well and good if you know this). We had some issues with air con, lack of outside furniture (2 sun beds for 6 people and no furniture at all on the roof top area) and bedding and floors dirty. The manager did send someone around to sort but we had to wait until the next day so had a very hot first night.
