Kymma Villa #16

Pleasant, and close to Aya Napa beaches.

Pros: Good layout for two couples. The balconies and the outdoor rest area.

Cons: The mattresses need an upgrade. Additional tv would be appreciated. A third bathroom is desirable if more than 4 people are in the group.

Pros: It’s was very spacious. It had a nice pool. It had a good selection of films when the internet worked.

Cons: It wasn’t exactly like the pictures. There was a pigeon problem in the area. So there was a lot of their mess around the villa. They were nested in the windows. The internet connection wasn’t brilliant. 25th & 26th Dec it went off completely. The time the children needed it the most. The iron was not safe, with live conductors visible. The ironing board was completely broken. The toaster literally set the bread on fire after 10 seconds. The blender didn’t work either.

Would definitely book again!

Pros: Great villa - clean and generally well maintained. Great location for us as very quiet and close to all the things we like, but a car is required. La Mer Homes were the agent and were very responsive - we would definitely book again!

Cons: The pool was liner could have done with a clean - the pool guy clearly had no energy when he attended.

Amazing villa! Beautiful but you need a car as poor location

Pros: Gorgeous villa! We stayed in Villa 4 and it was so beautiful. Large pool, outdoor seating, English TV with all channels on it, great wifi, really clean with two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We made friends with the cats too:)

Cons: Location isn't great but unfortunately something you can't change. The closest shop is around an 8 minute drive, you can't walk anywhere. We spent a lot on taxis and rented a car too whilst we were there. Taxi to Ayia Napa centre is €45 return. The closest beach was also a car ride or a 20 minute walk if you are feeling up to it. There wasn't enough stuff provided for the facilities either. We only had one towel each; should definitely provide two per person at least or have some spare. We went to wash the towels and realised there wasn't any washing powder. There wasn't any dishwasher tablets either or any general cleaning products such as surface spray, floor cleaner etc. It cost us a lot to go and buy this Also, only two toilet rolls -and had to go buy some more too!

Lovely quiet villa, with good facilities for a quiet holiday.

Pros: The villa is in a very quiet location, so don't expect cafes and shops nearby. It was a very well equipped for our family of six (4 adults, 2 kids) it was easy to cook and cater. Villa was clean and cool on arrival. Air con in all rooms, and easy to adjust. Pool was clean and the pool chap attended twice during our week. Our kids loved it. They would have spent the whole week in there. The pool surrounds have excellent furniture and sunbeds, and it really is a suntrap. Even relaxing outside in the evening was peaceful.

Cons: Small points. The barbecue isn't functional, no griddle, and some simple cleaning products under the sink would have helped. Our biggest problem was the 2 upstairs verandas are infested with pigeons. Whilst they were obviously being cleaned between clients, we saw the poo on day 1 and didn't go out again after that, which is a pity because they could be such inviting areas. There are some spikes to deter the pigeons, but they are roosting under the canopies of the pergolas. The amount of poo by day 7 was something to see. (pics) I have to mention this because it really was the only detractor. I would happily stay there again if I were assured there were no pigeons nesting. We had a broken flush mechanism on one cistern, and their repair chap was round and sorted it within 2 hours of raising it, so full marks for that. Just those pigeons!

Pros: Everything was ready, we didn't have to stress at all, the keys were already there

Cons: There was no dishwasher, so that was too bad and we had some insects problems on the last night

Super und fairer Preis Absolut empfehlenswert, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Umgebung.

Pros: Super Haus mit Pool zu einem fairen Preis. Generell gepflegte Anlage mehrerer Häuser. Ruhe ist gegeben. Trotzdem gute Anbindung zu allen Orten.

Super séjour chez Kymma!

Pros: Super maison avec tout le confort. Très propre. Nous étions dans la Kymma 5 avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Maison de plein pieds, parfait pour ma maman de 81 ans, et mes 2 grandes filles. Tout le monde avait son intimité. La piscine était très propre, et nettoyée tous les jours. Nous avons apprécié également le calme, en bout de lotissement avec la nature à côté, la possibilité de longer la mer à pieds jusqu'à Ayia Napa (environ 5-6 km). Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons: Le seul bémol si j'en vois un, c'est qu'il faut une voiture pour se balader car la maison est un peu retirée. Pour nous ce n'est pas un inconvénient, bien au contraire, nous étions au calme de la frénésie dAyia Napa!

Pros: Wir haben die Villa #5 bekommen. Die Villa hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Alles war sauber.

Cons: Der Grill hatte seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Betten waren zu hart für unseren Geschmack.

Ok, with small changes can be really good (Kymma #4)

Pros: Location is really nice, outside of town, calm and secluded neighborhood but not far away from beaches (5-10min drive). That is something we wanted, and we had rental (which is must have, at this location). Kitchen and living room are specious, and very well equiped. Patio is just perfect, we spent most of our time (when at home) there. Pool looks nice but it was too cold for us to use it (last week of October). AC in every room is nice touch.

Cons: Beds look quite old and are uncomfortable to sleep on. Ants were comming in bedroom from outside like crazy, so we had to buy some spray to stop them. Property should leave spare set of towels and sheets. Not a single mosquito net at doors and windows.
