Great value and location

Pros: Bigger than we expected and the lady at reception was so welcoming and friendly.

Come here if you want to rest

Pros: Great, quiet place where you can actually rest and enjoy. It's far away from day/night music (parties) that other hotels with pools are offering. The entire place is sarounded with flowers and trees that smell really nice and those big trees are giving you privacy (you cannot see other balconies). There are several stores and 2 beaches within 5 minutes of walk. The parking is free on the street and bus station is also within 5 minutes of walk. The staff is nice and the apartments are clean and big enough.

Cons: There is literally nothing in the apartment. You will have few small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, few toilet paper rolls. There was nothing else in the kitchen. No salt, sugar, dish sponge, washing detergent. We had one medium pan and pot.

Amazing apartments with nice garden and helpful staff

Pros: The houses are very cute and the surrounding (garden) is amazingly beautiful. It was a pleasure to spend our holidays in such a lovely place. The staff was amazing. All smiley and helpful. The second I asked about anything, the staff made everything possible to solve the problem. The cleaning lady was very nice as well. She cleaned the house really often and was respectful to come again if someone was still sleeping. Location was good as well. Really close to the beach, to the pool and to the city center. However, if you plan to go to nissi beach often, this location is not the best It was peaceful and all the neighbors were nice as well, we never even heard them

Cons: We had a problem of cockroaches on the first floor (the second floor does not have this problem as the cockroaches come from the garden). However, I can’t count it as a huge problem as when I told the receptionist about it, they imitate immediately spread something and all the insects disappeared. The staff was really helpful

We are satisfied and would come again

Pros: The apartment was clean. They cleaned and made the bed linen every day. Towels were changed as needed. It is located near good beaches. There are shops nearby. The ambiance is very nice. The staff was very friendly and we got everything we asked for from them. We would come again.

Cons: Maybe the furniture could be replaced with a new one, but that does not reduce the value.

Pros: The location is the best posible. Very clean and comfortable for walking distance to the beach and center. We r coming definitely again. Was a cheap price for this litle nice place.

Pros: Great location, very close to the sea. Clean and comfortable apartments and quite a big space (2 separate rooms).

Pros: Clean and spacious Very close to Sandy Bay and Nissi beach. Nice environment - bushes and trees. supermarket within 3 mins walk Close to the facilities of Nissi avenue - great restaurants and bars

Cons: Very limited kitchen equipment eg no bottle opener. this didn't matter to us as we ate out it would be nice if some washing up liquid and sponges were provided so that it would be easy to clean breakfast plates and cups

All good and enjoyable at these apartments

Pros: We only stayed overnight. Exceeded our expectations due to the price. It is 3 mins from a beautiful sandy bay. 3 minutes from the main stretch Nissi Ave. very clean. We would stay again.Christ’s the general manager most helpful and chatty. We also got free entrance to a water park through booking.com which Christos told us about.

Cons: Perhaps the interior painting could have been better as it was sloppy workmanship but it didn’t hinder our stay.
