Pros: The location is fantastic, the villa is very close to Fig Tree Beach and the center of Protaras. The sea and a nice pedestrian area are only 50m away. The villa is very well equipped, everything is correct and functional. During our stay, the pool maintenance man came and did his job very decently.

Cons: I don't like the access to the villa at all, you have to go through an ugly dirt yard where part of the path is covered with mud even when it hasn't rained for 7 days so we assume that the water comes from some pipes (maybe sewage). The yard was not clean, many leaves everywhere. In one of the rooms, the pillowcase was dirty and had black hair on it. On the same day, we removed all the bedding and washed it.

Pros: Perfect location, valued for money, perfect for groups, space for parking, very close to the beach

Cons: Not very comfortable beds, bathroom needs renovation, the air conditions need service-cleaning
