Orchard View Cottage

We had the most amazing week at this cottage & Melanie is amazing

Pros: This property is amazing & so is the owner ( Melanie ) We have been before & would most DEFINITELY return again , Great place & great hostess,, Lovely & quiet

Cons: Nothing !

Pros: My wife and I stayed 9 days, and we had a perfect time! The house had everything we needed, it was great to relax at the pool, and last but not least, there were so many super-cute cats :-). Also, the landlady is a very nice person, allowing us to indulge the cats a bit with some treats. The village of Maroni is a bit sleepy ;-), but therefore very quiet. But with a rental car, that's not a problem at all, because you are in Zygi (beach, restaurants) in a few minutes. Orchard View Cottage gets the maximum score from us!

Beautiful views and private swimming pool

Pros: We loved the private swimming pool and the view over the valley! We had a nice sunset every evening and full privacy. The location is great for visiting places all over the island by car.

Cons: We stayed during a heatwave in the Summer. As the living room with the sleeping couch only had a ceiling fan it didn't really cool down at night, so our boys slept together with us in the bedroom. The aircon temperature in the bedroom was limited to 26 degrees Celcius which wasn't ideal either.

Pros: Everything, the house is full eqipped, very clean with beaitiful view. Very, very peacefull please with lovely cats🩵

A peaceful paradise with a personal touch – everything you dream of in a perfect getaway.

Pros: Everything! The place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – it truly felt like home. The cottage is beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and the pool area is just perfect for relaxing with a stunning view. What made our stay even more special was the host Melanie – she goes above and beyond! Her Lomi Lomi massage and yoga sessions were such an unexpected and wonderful bonus. She’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares that your stay is unforgettable.

Cons: Honestly – nothing. It exceeded all expectations.

Lovely property, location and host. Warmly welcomed and helped throughout our stay.

Pros: Location is excellent. The sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Melanie was the perfect host and helped on every occasion that we needed her assistance, she even brought in provisions for us as our flight was seriously delayed. She didn't intrude upon our stay but checked a couple of times via messaging if we required anything. The loan of a phone charger was a life saver; thank you Melanie.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Pros: Peaceful location with great views.the perfect place to unwind and catch up with nature.

Great stay and would come back if visiting Cyprus again.

Pros: The cottage was really comfortable and in a great location. Well equipped and thought out for guests. Mel is an exceptional host. All very clean and tidy. Pool great. Family of cats added to the ambience!!

Cons: Nothing.

Great place

Pros: Location(pool on a hill with great view; 10min to Governor's beach with natural rocky coves and sandy beach; Larnaca and Limassol motorway 30min, Zygi restoran place to eat); great host not disturbing and helpful on requests.Small, quite village.Take car rental. Defenately recommend!+++
