Pros: Posto silenzioso, facilità di parcheggio, ottimo per 2 coppie, a 300 metri c'è un centro commerciale fornito di tutto. Il giardino è curato e si può usare per mangiare fuori o per prendere aria sotto gli alberi di limone.

Cons: Nulla. per raggiungere il centro devi spostare la macchina.
