Lazuli Seafront Beach House Nr18

Pros: We stayed here as a group of two families with small children and had a wonderful experience. What we especially liked was how close the house is to Yanathes Beach, which made everything very easy and relaxing with kids. The location is excellent: Larnaca and the airport are about 20 minutes away by car in one direction, while Ayia Napa and several beautiful beaches are about 30 minutes in the other. The house is located outside the city center, so there’s no heavy traffic, yet restaurants and markets are still close by. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped, and the proximity to the beach really adds to the overall comfort, especially when traveling with small children. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

One of the best stays over the years

Pros: One of the best stays with family. A myriad of advantages: - Closeness to the sea, grocery stores, cafes and meal places - The house had everything we needed and more - The host was super friendly and helpful, such a detailed introduction into accommodation and places nearby - He was also instrumental in the things we needed on this trip, we are very grateful for that - The price and worth relation is excellent - Public transport straight to Larnaca and the airport was unbelievably close - Intercity buses also close for awesome sights around - Good and safe place for children - Two places outside the house on its different sides ensures the sun/shade balance for a breakfast or rest - Aircons in all the rooms - Parking place supplied, and the gate is privately closed for the area - Kermia neighbors were very kind and respectful - The view of the sea straight from the front veranda is still in my mind These and many other things are magnetizing us back to this wonderful place!

Cons: :) the vacation was too short, otherwise, could have stayed there for much longer ;)

Pros: The owner was waiting for at 9pm and allowed us to check out at 3:30 which was a god send. Can’t rate this house enough. It had everything we needed

We have spent a very good time in this house

Pros: The house is comfortable and has everything for living. There are plenty of kitchen devices, cooling in all rooms and a nice terrace. The beach is literally just 100 meters apart

Pros: Staying second time here: perfect place for vacation with toddlers

To idealne miejsce dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem na dłuższy pobyt.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z dala od centrum miasta - spokojna okolica przy ładnej plaży. W pobliżu znajduje się sklepik i kawiarnia, a kilka metrów dalej świetna tawerna. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo wygodne, z częściowym widokiem na plażę, własnym miejscem postojowym oraz pełnym wyposażeniem. Na dole znajduje się salon z kuchnią i łazienką, a na piętrze trzy sypialnie oraz druga łazienka. Każdy pokój ma klimatyzację, która ogrzewała pomieszczenia w bardzo chłodny styczniowy tydzień. Nie było problemów z ciepłą wodą, a dostęp do internetu był bezproblemowy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem przez WhatsApp sprawił, że pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Udostępnił nam łóżeczko oraz fotelik do karmienia dla dziecka, a na koniec pozwolił na późne wymeldowanie, co bardzo pomogło nam w organizacji wyjazdu. Mimo kaprysów pogody nasz pobyt bardzo się udał, głównie dlatego, że mieliśmy do dyspozycji bardzo wygodny domek.

Cons: Nie podobało mi się jedynie to, że przyjechaliśmy o tak chłodnej porze roku. Zdecydowanie muszę tu wrócić, gdy będzie znacznie cieplej 😉

strandnahe Unterkunft mit Vollaustattung und sehr bemühten Gastgebern

Pros: super Lage mit 50 Metern bis zum Strand, zwei große Terrassen, sodass mit oder ohne Sonne draußen Platz war; voll ausgestattet, selbst Badetücher für den Stand - und eine toll aufgeteilte Unterkunft. Sogar Waschmaschine und Geschirsspüler vorhanden.

Cons: eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch super; und einmal die Messer schärfen - aber beides \

Overall a good vacation

Pros: The house is near the sea, and you have a beautiful seaview from the front terrasse, it is very convenient when you travel with kids. It is equiped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and the bedsheets were very clean. You can reach Larnaca very easy by bus. You have some supermarkets and some good restaurants that are only a 10 minutes walk distance. Early Check-in was also available and I was gratefull because it would have been difficult to find a place to stay with the kids for 6h.

Cons: I would have wished it to be more clean in the bathrooms, at the showers, in the oven and in the freezer. We also had an incident and got robbed so after that we only stayed with closed doors/ windows and it took some time to get again in the vacation mood. The owner was very helpful and reported the incident.

Domek z duszą

Pros: Domek jest lepiej usytuowany niż sądziliśmy bazując na zdjęciach. W zasadzie wychodzimy z niego i jesteśmy już na plaży. W sypialni znajdują się żaluzje i moskitiery, dzięki czemu można w nocy uchylić okno i cieszyć się szumem morza... Domek jest urządzony z sercem i ma rodzinny charakter.
