Pros: A wonderful surprise! We booked spontaneously and found the perfect place for relaxation, nature, and quality time as a family. Great for hiking, cycling, swimming, and especially for anyone looking for peace away from crowded tourist areas. Excellent taverna with fantastic food, great wines, and very friendly service. Ideal not only for holidays but also for remote work or small business retreats. We travel a lot and can honestly say this is a place we will return to regularly. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, authenticity, and comfort.

Nice cozy stay in the Cypriot countryside, bit on the pricey side
Pros: Nice, authentic location with splendid views of the Cypriot countryside.
Cons: Whilst it was overall a nice experience, there were some things that gave us a bittersweet taste: when booking the apartment, you are given a choice between several apartments types. The apartment we chose did not remotely look like the photos on booking.com, and was also missing some of the amenities shown in the photos (like the TV). Also, the furniture and the configuration of the apartment were different, giving us the feeling we were mislead (the photos being of one of the better looking apartments). Also, the price was relatively high, taking into consideration that it was low season (December). After leaving Tochni, we stayed in Ayia Napa in a 5 star hotel with half board at the same price.

Pros: We had a wonderful family stay at Cyprus Villages and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Sofronis, the owner, was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the personal care and pride he puts into the place. The entire staff was just as friendly, helpful, and warm, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free—especially as a family. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, offering a real taste of village life in Cyprus while still being comfortable and family-friendly. Everything was well looked after, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy time together. We created beautiful family memories here and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for genuine hospitality, comfort, and a welcoming environment.

Have been twice and loved it both times!
Pros: We got a free upgrade to a room with the best view from the balcony. Very clean and lovely place to stay. We have come to stay here twice now. The dinner and breakfast included at the tavern are amazing quality with loads of options and the friendliest staff. Everyone is incredibly hospitable and they are animal lovers too which we really appreciate - helping to look after the local cats. We were also allowed to bring our dog to stay with us for no extra charge which we really appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!

A Marvellous Experience 👏
Pros: All is super, very friendly staff specially Sofronis and his family, their genuine hospitality and willingness to help is 2nd to none. Genuine village atmosphere, with top service, quality, cleanliness and food. The Tochin Tavern restaurant is a delight itself, its much more than serving food, its an experience! Their breakfast is awesome and simple!

Perfectly located quiet and charming accommodation from which most of the key sights in Cyprus can be easily reached.
Pros: Property had a lot of character with attention to detail, spacious, good breakfast, Sofronis and his staff are kind and helpful.
Cons: Cleaning service was somewhat irregular and apartment had a few items that needed repair, e.g. loose kitchen cabinet door, towel rack
