Pros: Cosy place, friendly host. Parking place, coffee shop just around the corner, few cafe/restaurants in 10 minutes of walking. Great balcony.

Pros: Cosy, comfortable, designed with a taste and functionality. Love is even in details! There is everything for the guest's comfort far from home. Very warm and operative communication with owner.

Incredible stay more than our expectations. If that apartment is not a 10/10 then no other is !

Pros: Everything was perfect but the Balcony view was the bonus of our stay! We were here for EUC appointments . Its 6-7 min walking there .

Cons: I really cant find something bad... If I HAVE to find something to say , I would say that hot water takes some time to come . There is a water waste here ...

Wonderful stay.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful flat, very clean and had all the amenities needed. Covered parking included which was great in the summer heat and good location close to all the main attractions and destinations in Nicosia, as well as the highway. Very kind and friendly host. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for three nights! The standards were impeccable, the house was spotless, and everything we needed was supplied. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the host made our stay incredibly comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Cyprus. If we ever return to the island, this will be our first choice for accommodation. We had a lovely stay

Pros: Good location . Lovely apartment . Any problems owner very easy to contact

Cons: It is a fair distance out of town to walk but we had a car so this was not a problem . Also taxis are easy to organise

Hervorragend Wohnung!

Pros: Die erste Wohnung, die ich auf Booking gebucht habe und 100 % den Bildern entsprochen hat. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und super sauber. Ioannis, der Host war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Ich war für diverse Termine an der EUC und die Lage ist ideal, wenn man dort arbeitet oder jemanden besuchen will. Alles in allem wirklich eine 10/10 Wohnung. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Good place to stay for several days in Nicosia

Pros: Almost all was great: clean and cozy apartment in the new building, excellent view of the city from the balcony, calm green area nearby, comfy parking spot under the building. Easy and fast access to any part of the city (by car).

Cons: The coffee machine is slowly leaking, so you shouldn't leave water inside. No mosquito nets on windows, even in the bathroom (and it's the only legal way to ventilate in Cyprus), so we've met some \
