Pros: Moc fajn lokalita, nové, hezky vybavené apartmány. Skvělá a rychlá komunikace. Všechny informace předány včas a srozumitelně. Rychlé řešení problémů. Balkón do vnitrobloku.

Cons: Bohužel nebyl apartmán úplně vyčištěný. Působilo to, jakoby se před naším příjezdem nevytíralo. V 7 hod ráno nás probudili dělníci, kteří pracovali ve vedlejším apartmánu a před vchodem. Samotná práce a hluk nebyl tak hrozný, kdyby to nebylo tak brzo ráno. Chyběla 4. deka, byli jsme v půlce března, takže v noci trochu chladno. Dá se však využít klimatizace k topení.
