Great accommodation on a budget
Pros: We spent 13 wonderful days in this apartment. It was EXTREMELY clean and well equipped. It had everything we need, including fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The hosts welcomed us with a selection of treats and drinks. They were also kind enough to send us some info about the island, places to visit and things to try. Very close to the beach by car, and you can quickly get to Ayia Napa or Protaras. So it is a great starting point if you have a car and want to move a lot, like us. Overall, an amazing experienece. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay
Pros: For us this was about location to relatives. Beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance (around 20 min). The property was a good size for 2 of us.

Definitely meets and rather exceeds expectations
Pros: The place is very nice and clean. Made us feel like home. It has absolutely everything you might need from peeling knife to washing machine. Hosts were very considerate about everything and gave us a lot of recommendations during our holiday. When we arrived bottled water, soft drinks and snacks were welcoming us. Would definitely go back. We had rent car, so all the Pralimni-Protaras-Ayia Napa area was close to this place. At the same time the apartment itself was in peacful area.

Pros: The host is really kind and helpful. He has always answered me immediately,if I had a question. The apartment is well equipped and clean. In the last 5 years we gone every year to Cyprus for holidays. Until now he was the best host and the best apartment what we booked! Highly recommended!!
Cons: no shaded parking place - this was the only thing what we missed.

Pros: appartamento molto pulito , completto di tutto , sapone, mollette, lavatrice, sponi vari che dire tutto come a casa nostra, l'host molto reattivo disponibillissimo a dare consigli, ci siamo trovati bene.

Pros: Замечательные аппартаменты, оснащенные всем необходимым и даже более того. В холодильнике нас ждали прохладные напитки, на столе - небольшие, приятные закуски. Хозяева предупредительные, все время были на связи. Очень удобная кровать, вчетвером было весьма комфортно - диваны в гостиной раскладываются, дети чудесно на них спали. До пляжа минут 15 пешком, на машине - пара минут, рекомендую ближайший, тот, что по прямой. Он оснащен всем необходимым, довольно большой и там не очень людно. Шезлонги и зонтики стоят 2,50 евро. Море чистейшее, заход в воду очень комфортный. Приезжайте на Кипр, в эти чудесные аппартаменты!

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento a Paralimni e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. L’alloggio è spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa: Wi-Fi veloce, cucina completa, aria condizionata e un bel balcone dove rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla ma molto comoda: in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge più belle della zona e tutti i servizi principali. Perfetta per esplorare sia Paralimni che Protaras e Ayia Napa. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, sempre disponibile e super gentile: quando non riuscivamo a capire come funzionasse la lavatrice, ci ha risposto immediatamente su WhatsApp e ci ha guidato passo passo per risolverlo in pochi minuti. Davvero un servizio impeccabile! Consigliamo assolutamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, posizione strategica e un’ottima accoglienza. Torneremmo molto volentieri!

Pros: Дуже гарна квартира в спокійній місцевості. В ній є все і навіть більше, від блендера до дитячих памперсів. Продумані перехідники на техніку. Господарі дуже гостинні і завжди були на зв’язку. Ми орендували авто і його завжди було де поставити.
