Apartment Alicia

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, bright, spacious and well equipped apartment, which is within walking distance o

Pros: It was a welcome relief that our two-bedroom and two bathroom apartment (for 3) looked exactly like the photos with a comfy large sofa in the spacious living area and a well equipped kitchen with laundry and detergent provided for both the dishwasher and washing machine. The ample supply of hot beverages and some water were also appreciated. Whilst a large outside umbrella was delivered following our arrival, it may need revision as it’s possibly too large and the outdoor table has no hole to position it centrally. We spent more time at the pool area, which had ample beds and tables and outside showers/toilets. Both bedrooms had generous storage space and the beds were comfortable. No bath in either bathroom but the showers were adequate with towels provided. There was no personal welcome or telephone facility to speak to a contact but a WhatsApp number was provided and usually responded quickly. A parking space was also provided, great for our hire car.

Cons: Nothing materially affected our brilliant stay but a leak occurred with toilet flushing in one of the bathrooms and the WhatsApp number was used and they responded quickly by sending someone out to us, although he was unable to repair before we left. It didn’t cause a major problem but worth repairing to avoid frequent need to mop. There was also one linen change (exclusive of beach towels) but at least one clean would have been nice during our 14-night stay, although we accept others might prefer the lack of interruption.
