Fotoxenia Luxury Apts

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment within easy reach of the beach. Huge comfortable beds and high throughout the apartment. Totally recommend.

Pros: Amazing apartment! Clean, cozy and great location. Best choice when visiting Paralimni area!

Pros: I highly recommend this accommodation. The owner was extremely helpful and even allowed us a later check-out, which gave us the chance to enjoy our last hours at the beach. The apartment was perfectly located, very clean, and cozy. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for everything!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: Clean / great location / great apartment. Great view.

Walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants, and the most amazing bed.

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Great owner communication, keen to advise and answer queries. I must mention the bed …. It was amazingly comfortable, the best I’ve ever had in a holiday apartment. The lovely cleaning ladies were so sweet, they didn’t understand English, we didn’t understand them. It didn’t matter, we managed with some laughs. They were extremely efficient and kept the building clean. I got hugs when I left, it made us feel valued guests. Our first stay at Fotoxenia, but we have asked the owner to let us know as soon as 2026 prices are available. Will definitely want to book that sea view apartment again.

Cons: I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like. We were well aware of what we were getting thanks to the advertising. It was exactly as described.

Great apartment!

Pros: Good sized apartment, close to the beach (10mins walk), quite area (except some cars early in the morning in the nearby road, but with windows closed, could not hear them), good restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, good beds (couch and master bed). Great welcome gift (biscuits, bottle of wine)

Cons: Minor improvements like the trash bins could have emptied (including bathroom), no hot water in the mornings but nothing major

Pros: Good location not far from the beach, I liked the extra large bed in the bedroom and the spacious shower. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, and the host was very helpful.

Cons: Some balconies are on the ground floor directly facing the street, and the bed for additional guests in the living room is a sofa bed, which is rather narrow.

Pros: Had a bottle of water and a welcome bottle of wine waiting on arrival....lovely little touch

Cons: There wasn't a clothing iron.....that's all that was missing

A spotless and convenient stay with great amenities and easy check-in

Pros: The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having toiletries provided. The location is excellent, with its own parking space, and the self check-in made everything very easy. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that we would highly recommend!

Fantastic place , great location, modern and great , location, will be looking to book for 2026.

Pros: It was absolutely beautiful, great location, clean and modern. The staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay at Fotoxania pleasant and comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing not to like everything was perfect
