Pros: Nice clean big apartment good value for money easy to get entry into the flat easy instructions etc all in all a good choice if your staying in nicosia

Best value for money

Pros: A huge and very comfortable bed, plenty of lights, and always hot water.

Cons: Squeaking door in the bathroom.

Pros: Convenient staying for one night at the centre of the town.

Overall it was very comfortable! I would book again:)

Pros: Very comfortable bed and small, but equipped kitchenette. There was a private terrace as well.

Cons: The downside is the poor noise insulation. Luckily the neighbours did not make too much noise. Also the location is not as close to the center as I imagined.

Great Studio Flat in Nicosia

Pros: The studio is located in the heart of Nicosia, is in great condition, and feels brand new. Natalia is very helpful. You can also easily cross from Nicosia to the Turkish part, Lefkoşa.

Pros: Great value for money. Close to public transport, lots of utensils for cooking and a working washing machine. The apartment was very well cleaned when we arrived.

Cons: Kind of hard to find parking closeby in the morning and in the afternoon since it's in the city center, but spots seemed to free up during the evening. This wasn't a huge issue because the public transport works reasonably well and there is bus stop close by.

Pros: It's a wonderful flat in the city centre, very cosy and clean. But the most important- the owner is fantastic😊Extremely helpful:)

Good value stay in Nicosia

Pros: The studio is refurbished, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable visit. Its location close to the city center made it easy to get around, and it was also a good budget-friendly option. Very good choice for a short stay.

Cons: Everything was fine overall, though it was a bit noisy in the morning due to some repair works in the building.

Wonderful stay in the new city of Nicosia

Pros: The place was incredibly clean, really spacious and nice, it was really all we hoped for!

Cons: The pressure of the shower was on the low side, and there was no full length mirror (or mirror at all) out side of the bathroom
