Pros: Apartament w pełni odpowiadał opisowi. Bardzo przestronny apartament, dobra lokalizacja (15 min. od centrum miasta), dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Apartament znajduje się w bloku mieszkalnym, kolo bloku jest dostępny wewnętrzny parking.

Cons: Brakowało przejściówek do gniazdek dla sprzętu dostępnego w apartamencie, np. telewizora czy suszarki.
