Newly Renovated Super-Chic Apartment

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property.

Pros: The property was clean and spacious with a good location, ideal for five or six people. The heating exceeded my expectations, it was very good for this cold weather. We found everything we needed in property, including the kitchen equipped facilities . It felt just like living in our own house.

Cons: The only issue experienced in the property was turning on hot water, it would be hot for a minute and the suddenly turn cold. However, it was resolved quickly and my family and I were able to enjoy hot showers.

Convenient, easy, at-home feeling!

Pros: You won’t find any much better places to stay in Nicosia than this. As long as you have a car you can go anywhere from this place, the location was very convenient. Otherwise everything was super, and we really felt at home for the stay! Can really recommend!

Great spot for a group stay.

Pros: A comfortable space for a group, and a reasonably easy walk to the old town (when not too hot). The hosts were really helpful and responsive to messages. Instructions for check in and how the apartment works were great.

Cons: It would have been great if there had been enough full size towels for each room, but it was manageable.

Great stay

Pros: Spacious, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a lovely time, thank you 😊

Cons: A bit struggle with the water heater and it wasn’t very clear until we turned one of the pages left by the owner. It turned out that the switches for bathroom rails were heating the water 🙃 the shower in the little bathroom was overflowing so we end up using the big shower. Those are just tiny bits which aren’t negative just something to look at.

Great stay in lovely flat!

Pros: Property is recently renovated to a high standard, good layout of rooms, kitchen etc and really good central location for walks into central Nicosia. Whatever help we needed with the flat it was quickly acted on.

Cons: Building is a bit older/worn down, but flat itself is perfectly fine.

Pros: The apartment was greatly decorated with all required facilities. Location was also great.

Uma excelente estadia em Nicósia 🤩

Pros: O apartamento é muito confortável, estava muito limpo, o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem, a cozinha tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários, até tínhamos uma máquina de café Nespresso!! O apartamento estava bem localizado, perto do centro de Nicósia. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Cons: A casa de banho do quarto era demasiado pequena e na casa de banho comum, a água do chuveiro passava para o chão da casa de banho.

Comme à la maison

Pros: Le fait que l’on si sente comme chez soit… c’était un appartement pas une simple location saisonnière…

Cons: Le quartier est en travaux, mais une fois ça passé… y’aura pas grand chose à redire.

Pros: Großzügiges Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, modern - wunderbar
