Stylish Central Apartment • City Views • Prime Location • Parking

Pros: The apartment was lovely—recently renovated, tastefully designed, and spotlessly clean. The host was kind and responsive, always available to assist with any questions throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a 15 min walk from the city center, with great restaurants and charming cafés right nearby. I felt very comfortable here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Central and spacious place in Nicosia

Pros: Great location, very close to the old town and the shopping streets in the new city center. Easily accessible private parking. Nice view of the city and a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The kitchen was a bit small for preparing food, but that was not a major issue for us.

Pros: The apartment was clean, stocked for stuff for coffee, washing, cleaning etc. It honestly felt like a hotel experience. The balcony was lovely for morning sun and had great views of the supermoon too. Keys were easy and got a full run down of stuff before I arrived. 15 minute ish walk to the centre of Nicosia. Apartment block is also clean and well kept.

Cons: It did not take away from the excellent property but little things such as a full length mirror in the property would have been handy as I was there for business.

Nicosia stay

Pros: We liked the design of the apartment, cozy and very clean. The balcony had a great view over the city, we also appreciated the coffee and toiletries (they smelled amazing).

Pros: The apartments are cozy with recent renovation. So, everything is new. There were everything that we need (washing machine, irone, coffee machine etc).

Pros: It’s a comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities.

Good price and quality balance

Pros: Good location. 10-15 min on foot to city centre. Good for calmer quiet evenings. Everything you need is in the apartment. Mini-market is close. Host was quick to help with any questions we had. Very good price compared to other options.

Cons: We had difficulty figuring out how to get hot water as first timers in Cyprus. Host explained everything quickly. Having this information beforehand would be nice. Everything else was fine.

Pros: Cozy and stylish, we found everything we need, the hairdryer, the iron, air conditioning in both rooms that is essential during hot periods. Undeground parking and good location is also worth to mention, you can walk to the city center easily. And one important thing -the towels was softest and fluffiest ever i have rented a place to stay :)

Gut, aber...

Pros: Großes Apartment, mit Balkon und Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Lage ist gut, kleine Läden zum Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Cons: Zu wenig Ablageflächen, keine Garderobe. In der Walk-in Dusche fehlt das Gefälle, deshalb fließt das Wasser durchs ganze Bad, wenn man es nicht mittels Handtuch aufhält.
