Armonta Residences by BeCyprus

Great room & location in old part of Limassol

Pros: Very modern, nice & comfortable! Really nice location in the old town close to everything. Comfortable bed!

Cons: Part of the hotel was being renovated so there was noise super early in the morning (6:30 on a Sunday!?) which didn’t say in the booking. Was missing a coffee machine

Perfect city stay

Pros: Loved the location, easy to check in, lovely and modern, clean and had everything you needed

Great location, perfect for a base to explore the city & beyond, free parking, clean, modern studio

Pros: Great location walking distance to old town, high street on your doorstep. Modern design,

Cons: Extractor in bathroom didn’t work, extra towel Hooks and coat hooks would be super useful.

Great comfortable stay. Good value for money.

Pros: The cost was good. The studio very clean. Staff were helpful when I was taken ill and had to book a further 3 nights direct with them. I also lost my watch and the kind lady contact didn’t get her name brought my watch to me on my last day! Honesty & integrity a rarity in today’s world.

Cons: The building site dust next door stopped me from sitting on the balcony. The parking was difficult but just take your time. No pool but I knew that when I booked. If it had a pool I would stay there again.

Nice apartment in central location

Pros: Apartment is spacious and modern and fairly well equipped Location is great for local shops and restaurants

Cons: Bathroom is small relative to the rest of the apartment. A lot of construction going on nearby with a lot of noise starting early in the morning

Pros: This place is great! It has everything you might need during your stay. It was spacious for my husband and me. Very convenient location! So close to the shopping street and old town and the beach.

Cons: I think the windows are not very soundproof. There was construction next door and it was very loud. Also it would start at 7 am even on Saturday.

Pros: Clean, tidy, modern, comfortable. Not too far of a walk to marina/promenade. Easy access.

Cons: As I’m writing this (May 2025) there are currently major building works next to the property, so can get a bit noisy at earlier times during weekdays, but other then that all was good.

Overall, we had a great stay.

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed, plenty of kitchenware. Parking was easy and convenient.

Cons: The only downsides were the shower cabin not closing completely, which made it hard to keep the bathroom floor dry, and the lack of a view from the window, though we weren’t really expecting one.

Clean well appointed with a short walk to the marina with a good selection of restaurants.

Pros: Clean and well placed for what we needed. Bedding and towels changed regularly which we appreciated. Plenty of hot water. Road access to the property was a challenge with a one way system in place but once we worked it out we were ok!! There is some building work near the property but as we were out most of the day it did not have a great impact on us. Car parking and access to the car park is only suitable for small cars but there was always space.

Great and convenient

Pros: Great parking. Super facilities in the apartment, comfortable bed. Ideally located for the port and shopping.

Cons: Bit cold. Had low temperatures for Cyprus and the air-conditioning struggled to warm the room. Needs a microwave and perhaps remove the cabinet at the end of the bed. It's a little superfluous.
