Super retro (slightly quirky) apartment, very comfortable - best views ever.
Pros: The penthouse has wonderful views - and its design echos the top deck of a cruise ship - outdoor space is fantastic. The interior design is reminiscent (or maybe is) a modern 1960s design - excellent furniture and furnishings. The kitchen, modern, is great - washing machine and iron much appreciated as we stayed a week. Location super for the trendy port area and a 15 minute walk through the coastal park/promenade to a series of town beaches for great swimming.
Cons: Shower fitting needs some attention.

Great apartment, beautiful terrace
Pros: Location is great, close to everything. The apartment is really nice. Especially the terrace is beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset from there.
Cons: You need to walk one floor of stairs to the apartment.

Great location & view
Pros: The view was fantastic & very near to the market
Cons: You have to go upstairs from the entrance and one level up , so if you have anyone on wheelchair it will be difficult for them.

Pros: Close to shops and restaurants View excellent As on top floor gave a sense of privacy Screening on most of windows to keep rooms cool also able to see out but nobody could see in
Cons: Distance to local supermarket No window screening in bathroom or kitchen which made them both very hot especially in morning Public areas in building very dirty a lot of which is ingrained

perfectly located and great view
Pros: perfectly located with a nice view, two big bedrooms and a supernice terrace.
Cons: the cleaning of the dishes could have been better and we were missing tea towles or anything else for cleaning tables eg.

Totalement satisfait dans l’ensemble
Pros: L’emplacement et la vue sont impressionnants. L’aménagement et la superficie sont aussi super!
Cons: La maison n’est pas assez isolée donc le froid s’installe à convenance, un petit coup de rénovation sur certains points pourrait ajouter un grand plus ainsi que les serrures.

Bon apartament amb alguna pegueta
Pros: L'apartament és com apareix en les fotos: amb una terrassa enorme i una vista espectacular. És molt espaiós, amb dos habitacions, de sobra per a una parella com nosaltres. La cuina està molt ben equipada. Està en ple centre de Limassol, al costat del passeig marítim, la marina i el centre històric.
Cons: Hi ha algunes pegues. La llum és tètrica: haurien de posar llums més potents. El llit fa soroll quan et meneges. Però el que més ens feu patir va ser l'aparcament. Vaig preguntar a l'empresa propietària per l'aparcament prop de l'apartament i m'enviaren un mapa de Google amb aparcaments i algunes recomanacions, que no explicaven l'essencial per a un que desconeix Limassol: hi ha uns aparcaments en descampats amb un encarregat que et cobra el que li pareix segons la cara que et veja i el que negocies amb ell; al llarg del passeig, es pot aparcar pagant en un parquímetre, però la sorpresa és que, quan fiques diners per a un nombre d'hores determinat, el parquímetre no té en compte el temps en què no es paga, o siga, si poses diners poc abans de les 23 hores (a partir d'eixa hora fins a les 7 és gratis), el tiquet no et dona l'hora límit comptant-la el dia següent al matí, sinó que les compta per la nit encara que no es pague! I encara més, com canviaren l'hora durant la nostra estada, el parquímetre reflectia l'hora antiga! Al final trobàrem un aparcament normal amb preus fixos: el Salaminos, a 5 minuts a peu de l'apartament: deixar el cotxe sobre les 18 hores i arreplegar-lo a les 9 o 10 del dia següent costa 8 o 9 €.
