Carmencita Studio B14 with pool

Pros: Lovely studio appartment with large sunny balcony in a quiet and secure complex with car parking.

Pros: Everything about this apartment is perfect. It is our 3rd stay here and we just love it.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Fabulous studio apartment, short bus trip to port/ marina.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful studio with all facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. No rush for sunbeds by the pool, most times we had the beautiful pool area to ourselves in the height of August! The host, Naso is very accommodating, but leaves you to holiday without interfering.

Cons: Location is away from Limassol Port/ Marina, but 20 mins on the number 30 bus (€2 each way) gets you right in to the tourist area.

Fabulous stay at Carmencita Studio

Pros: We had a fabulous week’s stay at Carnencita Studio. The studio was very spacious and had everything we needed including the full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. We especially enjoyed evening drinks on the balcony. Check in was simple even at 2am as the security guard showed us where to park and then took us to the apartment. The pool area was lovely, there were plenty of free sun-beds at all times. The walk into Limassol mostly along the seafront was lovely and took just over an hour.

Cons: This has nothing to do with the apartment itself (and appreciate not under their control) but there was building work being carried out at one of the seafront villas and an adjacent apartment block which was quite noisy especially on weekday mornings. We had headphones to block out the noise so just something to bear in mind until they’re finished. But it didn’t spoil our holiday.

Pros: Lovely building, good parking underground, nice cafes around the corner.

A cosy stay in a cosy surrounding.

Pros: - Great location: the view on the balcony is excellent. - The pool was quiet and is a great sun trap. Didn’t go into the water as it was too cold in March. - The host was brilliant: helpful in every way. - Close to bars and restaurants. You can walk into Limassol in about 50 mins. - ADVICE 1: the shop across the main road does all the necessary necessities you need when staying here: juice, milk, bread, toiletries etc. - ADVICE 2: click the booster for the water for 30 mins but run the water the entire time… that’s how you get the hot water. - Nothing to report that I didn’t like.

Cons: February is a cold month…. Tile floor gets cold - pack socks! 😉 Would have appreciated some cooking essentials like salt & pepper…

Perfect base for Limassol and beyond

Pros: Exceptional sunny balcony, well appointed apartment and dedicated parking space in a secure garage.

Cons: Several minute wait to get hot water which felt wasteful.

Perfection.

Pros: Beautiful studio apartment in quiet well maintained complex. Well looked after by host and owner of property and they are at your service.
