Nice apartment with a beautiful view

Pros: This property is all about location. If you want to swim in the sea, go to harbor or visit town attractions - everything is close. Beach is across the street, bars and restaurants are nearby. Supermarket is 10 mins walk. Apartment is newly renovated and looks OK. Beds are comfy, AC is in every room and the view is fantastic. It's a good choice for a family vacation.

Cons: Building is absolute disaster. Completely run-down and in need of complete renovation. Apartment on the same floor has been renovated and hallway was full of garbage all the time. Apartment has nothing in it - no EU socket adapters, salt/peper/spices, coffee or even bottle of water. God forbid welcome fruit basket or bottle of wine (we had this all in previous apartment).

Good value for money. Clean and spacious.

Pros: Good location, close to the old town and opposite the beach. Everything was clean, the host is very helpful. There were 5 of us (4 adults and a kid), and the apartment is rather spacious for a comfortable stay.

Cons: It would be great to have a glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom, pegs for towels and European adapters.

Great place to stay by the beach in Limassol

Pros: I give it 10/10 . Excellent location near the beach and nearby amenities. the apartment is superb, clean, spacious and well serviced and maintained. I ensured i looked after the place. If you want a good location in Limassol, then this is the apartment for you. Just make sure you look after the place as if it was yours. I can't stay in a hotel because of physical disabilities . The apartment was excellent and met my personal requirements. One tip for everyone, During the summer there is absolutely no need to have a hot water button on.

Cons: Protocol for rules and use of electricity, towels extras etc was very different than what i am used to, maybe it is because I always look after the place where I am staying and taken a back by so many rules and some hidden costs, in which of course I abided by. I suggest the owners by all means have these rules but be a little bit more assuring and welcoming can go along way with their guests. Perhaps have your overall prices per night a little bit more then you don't need to have extra costs. Even if there is one person booking an extra large towel can go a long way. The actual stay was first class and the owners are just ensuring their property is looked after by its visitors, i understand. I would go back again, and i recommend people book this apartment.

Great location, amazing sea view, clean and comfortable…!!!!

Pros: The view from the balcony was stunning, facilities were clean, the entire apartment felt like newly renovated, everything was very clean, the location was great! easy access to old town, Marina, public bus station to airport, public beaches. Overall, very nice place to stay with family, friends or on business.

Cons: Nothing to complain

Pros: Apartamentai visai šalia puikaus paplūdimio. Šeimininkai greitai atsako į iškilusius klausimus, todėl pats atvykimas buvo nesudėtingas. Butas turi vietą automobiliui, tačiau buvo dienų, kai grižus iš ekskursijų ji buvo užimta. Bet tai ne bėda, nes šalia kieme yra didelė stovėjimo aikštelė tik už 3€ parai. Bute yra džiovintuvas, lyginimo lenta su lygintuvu, visi virtuvės įrankiai ir viskas, ko reikia gyvenimui.

Pros: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καλός εξοπλισμός, κλιματισμός και ιντερνετ.

Cons: Θα έπρεπε οι πετσέτες να έχουν πλυθεί με απορρυπαντικό ώστε να μοσχομυρίζουν, όταν τις πλύναμε εμείς ήταν πολύ καλές. Επίσης χρειάζεται να γίνει καθάρισμα του υφάσματος στους καναπέδες του σαλονιού. Επίσης είναι απαραίτητη η απεντόμωση του διαμερίσματος και της πολυκατοικίας, διότι είδαμε κάποιες κατσαρίδες.

Pros: Location is top notch. View is 11/10. Terrace awesome. Beach across the street. The apartment is new and spacious. There is noise as it is looking on the main road but that is how it is when you have this view. If you close windows its pretty soundproof. We really enjoyed it.

Cons: Bathroom was not really clean. Washing machine rubber was full of mud (it was important for us because of the baby). The crib that we payed extra was smelling like mold. Stay services were really responsive, but we missed someone to show us around the apartment. Toaster was missing from the facilities.
