STUDIO in CAPTAINS HOUSE WITH A POOL

Pros: We stayed at **Captain House with Studio Pool** and had an amazing experience! Inna, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful: our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night, but she welcomed us warmly, gave us the keys, and even offered us something to eat since everything was already closed. Truly a 5-star host! The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the comforts you might need. The pool is shared with 2 other apartments, but we always had it to ourselves in the evening, and the water was pleasantly warm and relaxing. The location is perfect: you can go for a nice walk in Pentakomo in the evening, and by car you can easily reach all the best beaches in the area. Highly recommended for both the accommodation and the outstanding hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great apartment for a couple :)

Pros: It is super nice apartment, belonging to bigger beautiful house, with garden and swimming pool which is possible to use. Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, all kitchen stuff, hairdryer, towels, etc. Super clean. This is one common space (bedroom - living room - kitchen), with one big bed separated from the rest by half-wall only (not the separate bedroom). Ideal for couple. With big private parking. Located at the end of small village, super quiet and calm, great starting place to visit Cyprus. Small grocery shop and tavern by 10 min walking distance. Great contact with owner. Fully recommended :)

A very nice and calm oasis close to agitated city of Limassol.

Pros: the location is almost 25 km from the city center but you can reach it in less than 30 minutes thanks to the free highway. It is a peaceful place for resting. You have a nice swimming pool with chairs which you can enjoy. We liked the decoration of the studio which was very nice. The mattress was firm and comfortable. There was also a dish washer and washing machine which we could use for free. The coffee machine was also available with each capsule. Everything was very clean. There was also a fan in case you did not want to use the A/C. We felt very safe in this area so much so that we did not lock the car doors.

Cons: cheaper coffee capsules.

Pros: The place is located in a quiet area but you need a car to reach there. The place has everything you may thing about it. The place is clean, ready to live in, having all amenities and facilities. The owner is friendly and respectful.

Toller Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und perfekt für eine Auszeit!

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber, man hatte einfach seine Ruhe und genug Platz. Das Dörfchen war sehr klein und lieb, ohne Auto allerdings keine Chance. Man konnte wirklich alles nutzen, besonders der Griller hatte es uns angetan. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin hat uns mit Eiern, Milch und Müsli am Abend versorgt, weil wir erst in der Nacht angekommen sind. So ein Verhalten seinen Gästen gegenüber ist Gold wert. Wir buchen auf alle Fälle wieder in dieser Unterkunft.

Cons: Der Pool war eiskalt, was sehr schade war, da wir im Oktober bei 26-28 Grad auf Zypern waren. Da wären Pooltage angesagt gewesen, das Meer war sogar viel wärmer. Leider hatten wir auch keine Kaffeemaschine im Studio, was nicht sehr tragisch war, wäre aber total angenehm gewesen.

Pros: The lady in charge was super nice and friendly. She made sure I had everything. The place is super clean. I traveled at the end of the season, and even if outside was chili, the apartment was nice and warm. They have an interactive tv and great wifi. The gardens are nice and well mantauned. I would definitely return.

Cons: Getting to the apartment can be chalanging due to the narrow road getting you there. Having a car is a must.

Descriptif erroné qu’il faudrait corriger

Pros: Le studio est très bien équipé, confortable et on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. si il n’y avait pas d’aspects négatifs évoqués ci-dessous, j’aurais mis la note de 10.

Cons: J’avais réservé ce studio, car il est indiqué qu’il dispose d’une terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et figure également une photo d’une terrasse avec une table et des chaises. Dans les faits il n’y a pas de terrasse pour ce studio et la vue donne sur l’arrière de la maison, côté nord sur une allée dallée. la terrasse figurant sur la photo concerne un espace partagé près de la piscine qui n’est pas attenant au studio. Si j’avais connu la réalité que la situation je n’aurais pas fait cette réservation. Heureusement que la propriétaire a pu nous proposer, moyennant un supplément, d’occuper un autre notre logement qui disposait d’une terrasse. Il serait fortement nécessaire de corriger cette erreur dans le descriptif afin que d’autres personnes n’aient pas la même déconvenue.

Pros: Отдыхала в данном доме с парнем, очень понравилось расположение: тихо, соседей не много, свой бассейн и красивый дворик. Современная обстановка внутри, очень удобная мебель, в доме есть все необходимое, а также скоростной интернет. Очень доброжелательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, по нашей просьбе предоставила нам кофеварку с капсулами. Спасибо большое за отличные воспоминания!
