Great apartment for both short and longer stay

Pros: Spacious, well-equipped apartment, AC in each room, large balcony. A few small grocery shops and plenty of restaurant nearby, great communication with the host.

Pros: Big apartment esspecially good for families, with full kithen equipment and even washing machine. Apartment has a big balcony.Apartment located near from sea and promenade with shops and restaurants. If we retyrn we will definetelly look for this apartment.

Cons: Weak water pressure

Great stay, but please replace or fix the windows !

Pros: Good size, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice furniture, check-out 1h later, nice and responsive property management agent, good water pressure.

Cons: We've been coming to Larnaca for many years, have stayed in newer and older buildings and almost every time we've had the same issues as here : 1. Cockroach infested building (this time only 2 specimens got in the apartment from the stairway, but darn they were big, since all the trash bins on the sidewalks are open so it's a 24h all-they-can-eat buffet). 2. The windows, what's up with the sliding windows in Larnaca ?!? Theoretically double-glazed, but because of the sliding mechanism, they don't insulate anything and the wind blows through all day and night. Plus, they almost always place the beds against a window, so there's a constant draft throughout the apartment. And because of the wear and tear, the glass doors and windows didn't close all the way. Happened before and here as well. It's 45°C in summer and 5-10°C in winter nights and all you guys could come up with to combat that is sliding doors and windows ?

Pros: Host was very helpful and friendly, communicated via WhatsApp and responded efficiently to our queries. Apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, balcony big and has a nice seating area. will definitely come back again.

We loved it!

Pros: The place is very nicely located, close to the beach and Larnaca city center. We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful holiday. It is ideal for families with children. Shops, restaurants, playgrounds and a pharmacy are nearby. The people are great, always helpful and very nice. You have everything you need in this apartment. We rented a car and visited the Troodos mountains, drove to Paphos and Ayia Napa. Our host was very nice and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is a bit old-fashioned, but that's what we call a \

Cons: The double bed was a bit hard and the doors were very creaky.

Would book afain, recommended!

Pros: Clean and modern, well equipped, spacious. Great value for money. Firm master bed which I found comfortable.

Cons: The lighting in the communal areas did not work. I couldn’t work out how to lock the balcony door but this wasn’t really an issue being on the third floor.
