Great stay overall — comfortable room, clean, and exactly as expected.
Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent. It was situated in a quiet and safe area, yet very close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Getting around was easy, and everything we needed was within a short distance. The location made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this place again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in a clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. The location was perfect, close to all amenities, the city center, and Finikoudes Beach. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Pros: Everything is phenomenal. The apartment looks better in person than in pictures. It's very spacious and clean, it has everything you would need for a vacation. The location is great; the agency is responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Apartment was very nice. Spacious and very well appointed.
Cons: The lights when walking upstairs in the block often turn off before you get to the next flight, o matter if you keep pressing after each flight. The flooring in one part of the bedroom on the right of the bed has just collapsed, and the TV has no actual live TV. It's just apps. Other than that a lovely apartment.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Spot – Great Deal & Highly recommended!
Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay in a spacious, immaculate, and fully equipped apartment. The prime location made it easy to access all amenities, explore the city center, and enjoy the beautiful Finikoudes Beach. Lovely Flat in a Prime Location at an Excellent Price
Pros: A truly lovely stay in a spacious, flawless, and perfectly equipped apartment! The excellent location made it easy to enjoy all amenities, the city center, and the stunning Finikoudes beach. Our host was amazing and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Prime location in a renovated building: a Secure & Excellent flat with top-tier equipment.
Pros: This spacious and flawless apartment provided an ideal stay. Its exceptional location offers immediate access to key amenities (American Academy, schools, supermarkets, Larnaca city center, old town, coffee shops, restaurants). a 12-minute walk from Finikoudes beach. Complimentary parking is included. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and the city view was fantastic. We particularly appreciated the host's prompt and helpful communication. Highly recommended for a stylish and comfortable city experience.

Pros: The accommodation is close to tourist attractions. The price is very good. A 5-minute walk away is a METRO hypermarket where you can buy everything you need to cook at the accommodation. The accommodation had everything we needed to cook. Each room had air conditioning, which was a blessing because on the days we were there, there was very strong wind and it was cold.
Cons: The sockets are British, which was very uncomfortable. There are few adapters, it would have been perfect if there was one in each room. When we were there, there were only 2, and they were for the water heater and the TV. Also, we couldn't find any cleaning solutions to clean the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect Flat, Prime Location, Safe, Clean & Very Well Equipped.
Pros: We loved our stay in this fantastic apartment! Its spacious layout and modern amenities provided all the comforts of home as showed in the pictures. The convenient location, with easy access to schools, supermarkets, and the city center, was a major plus. The breathtaking city views from the apartment were a real treat. The host's quick responses and helpful suggestions made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended!
