Pros: - the pool on rooftop is Amazing even if it was a little but cold in late october - the perfect location of the résidence - Alex presence, very friendly. Helped us to book our taxi Etc thanks for everything - very clean - the parking is convenient

Cons: - watch out for the stairs (it's a Duplex) for babies. You must be very carrefull. - no dishwater

Best location and spacious

Pros: Awesome location - walking distance to everything. Beach, shops, main strip. Comfy aircon, washing machine, everything to make it comfy. Alex is so friendly and Helpful also

Cons: Pillows are a little lifeless - the only feedbsck for a better night sleep otherwise everything else amazing !

Short stay in Larnaca

Pros: The flat is well located, about 15min walk from the beach and the main street with all the restaurants. A parking spot is available free of charge. The flat was quite confortable, with the rooms upstairs and a living room on the first floor, with toilets on each floor. Please be aware though for those who have mobility issues that the spiral staircase is rather tight to access the rooms. Alex is very responsive and helpful providing lots of tips for restaurants, etc.

Cons: Nothing, it was a nice place.

Pros: The host Alex welcomed my mother ,He is so kind and welcoming, it is important to him that you feel good. Alex is the best host I have ever met, he is unbelievable.I can definitely recommend this place. You will have a good stay. The apartment is so nice and clean. You have everything ehst need in the Apartment.

We had a brilliant holiday and this was a great apartment to stay in.

Pros: Lovely split level apartment, about 10-15 minutes walk from the town and beach. Very well equipped and the air-con was fab! Plenty of parking too. Alex, who manages the apartment, is extremely helpful in terms of arranging a taxi from the airport and a good recommendation for car hire. Excellent knowledge of the local area too.

Large and well appointed apartment as it is in a residential part of Lanarca.

Pros: The apartment is large and well-appointed being in a residential block. It was well stocked with basic toiletries and some cleaning supplies. Plenty of storage space. It ws good to have Netflix for the 2 evenings where we just wanted to relax and chill. Pretty close to most amenties - the main beach/strip is 15 minute walk away, Larnaca Museum 5 minute walk away. As we had a late flight home Alex let us store our cases in his mum's shop after leaving the apartment which was much appreciated and he also arranged a taxi to pick us up from there.

Cons: At the time of selecting this propery the description led us to belive it was an Aparthotel. It was only as we got a couple of days out that we were sent information about the fitness centre being an 18 minute walk away and the bar/cafe 15 minute walk away. They had been described as being on-site. The roof top pool is not great - the steps to get into the pool - very rickety and unsafe - so only used the pool once. (Alex does not own the building so this wouldn't be his responsibility and as we were so busy we weren't overly bothered about it). Also small area is covered with some awning and it was very hot up there. The terrace had no cover such as an awning (too windy for an umbrella) so not able to sit out there much.

Pros: The apartment is spotless, close to the beach, and it has everything you need for a perfect stay. Alex is always ready to help. Wonderful!

All was excellent. I intend to come back in the near future.

Pros: Alex was very responsive. He answered beyond work hours. Asked if everything is OK and wanted to help. The room's supply was renewed on a daily basis. The place was clean and tidy (I am very strict about that).

Cons: Great place. Cannot say anything bad about it.
