Lovely apartment

Pros: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, location is within walking distance of the finikoudes.

Cons: Parking is desirable, but we understand it’s not always possible.

Very nice flat with excellent location

Pros: Great location, right by the beach, and surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies.

Cons: Especially on weekends, the noise of the street can be quite lively with loud music. It didn’t bother us, but it might not suit everyone.

Pros: Fantastic location as you are close to the beach, city centre, and many great restaurants, cafes, and a taxi station, fully equipped kitchen, nice view from both terraces, the building is clean and there's a fast elevator, easy check-in, good communication with the hosts, this apartment has everything you need for a great stay.

Cons: Isolation doesn't seem to be great, as you can hear the noise from the street and local cafes, especially on weekends, but it was manageable and would only bother light sleepers. The mattress in the master bedroom is quite uncomfortable and should be replaced with another mattress similar to the one in the second bedroom, which is good. The smell from the main bathroom was quite bad at times.

Pros: Downtown Finikoudes Beach Apartment v Larnake má výnimočnú polohu priamo pri pláži a v samotnom centre mesta. Apartmán je moderný, čistý a plne vybavený, čo zabezpečuje maximálny komfort počas pobytu. Veľkým plusom je nádherný výhľad na more a promenádu Finikoudes. V okolí sa nachádza množstvo reštaurácií, kaviarní a obchodov, všetko na pár krokov. Ubytovanie je ideálne pre tých, ktorí chcú spojiť relax pri mori s mestským životom.

Pros: Apartamentul foarte spatios cu doua dormitoare si doua balcoane, sufragerie si bucatarie utilata cu strictul necesar, frigider, aer conditionat, tv. Amplasarea este una excelenta. Pe strada principala care leaga faleza de centrul statiunii respectiv Biserica Sf Lazarus. Din balcon se vede marea. Este foare aproape de taverne, restaurante, piata si supermarket dar si de mijloacele de transport in comun care merg spre diferite destinatii: Limasol, Nicosia. Se poate ajunge usor de la aeroport cu taxiul - 20 euro patru persoane. Transportul de la aeroport spre centru, cel putin cand am ajuns noi nu prea a functionat. Am asteptat cam 45 minute apoi ne-am hotarat sa luam taxiul.

Cons: In prima zi in care am ajuns, dupa un drum relativ obositor, am vrut sa ma asez sa ma odihnesc. In momentul in care m-am asezat patul s-a prabusit. Desi am solicitat telefonic sa vina cineva sa rezolve problema acestia nu s-au deranjat si doua zile am dormit impreuna cu sotia mea pe o canapea nu prea confortabila si destul de ingusta in sufragerie. Am ridicat salteaua patului pentru a incerca sa remediez ceva si am constatat ca, cadrul patului fusese rupt si peticit motiv pentru care nu a tinut. Deci nu eram singurul turist aflat in situatia aceasta. Dupa doua zile cineva a fost in apartament si a rezolvat problema astfel ca din cele 6 nopti rezervate,am beneficiat doar patru de confortul patului . De asemenea ar trebui sa se insiste pe geamuri. Foarte murdare geamurile de la dormitor. Nu se vedea prin ele si nu a plouat in perioada sederii noastre. O alta remarca ar fi faptul ca nu exista decat o cheie de la apartament si de aici stresul. Eu si sotia mea nu avem aceeasi conditie fizica precum copii nostrii de 25 ani si depindeam unii de altii. Nu puteam pleca unii fara ceilalti sau trebuia sa ne asteptam care de unde venea. Nu pot evalua exceptional si cred ca intelegeti de ce.

The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything was comfortable. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
