Pros: The accommodation is spacious and beautiful, and the location is excellent. The sea view is available from multiple rooms. The building has direct access to a sandy beach on one side, and on the other side, there is access to the street. The host is friendly and willing to help. Towards the end of our stay, we had a small issue with the refrigerator, and they were immediately willing to resolve the problem. Highly recommended!
Cons: There were 5 of us, and only one room key. We didn't ask for an extra key, so they might have provided one if we had. However, for a larger group, I think having an additional key should be an option.

Amazing beachfront penthouse with stunning sea view. Spacious, spotless, and fantastic location!
Pros: An unforgettable stay in a stunning beachfront penthouse in Larnaka! The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, and offers breathtaking sea views from every bedroom – you’ll wake up to the sound of the waves. With three spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a massive living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, it’s perfect for families or groups. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, including lovely welcome treats like wine, local sweets, and bottled water. The location is unbeatable – just across from the promenade and bike path, and a short walk to fantastic restaurants, taverns, and gelaterias. The staff were amazing – professional, warm, and helpful from booking to checkout. This place offers outstanding value for money, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

Pros: Przepiękny apartament z widokiem na morze i plażę. Duży taras, kilka balkonów, w nowoczesnym stylu. W aparacie było wszystko co potrzebne, szlafroki,suszarka, przejściowki do gniazdek, pralka, zmywarka itd. pełne wyposażenie, czysto, świetna okolica. Godzina spacerem od lotniska, niedaleko do sklepików, restauracji i klubów. Stały kontakt z osobą wynajmującą, wszystko bez problemu. Polecam z całego serca.
Cons: W windzie często zacinały się drzwi,ale jest możliwość wchodzenia schodami

Wspaniały widok na morze i ogromny apartament. Prawdziwy Penthouse!
Pros: Apartament jest ogromny! Największy w jakim się zatrzymaliśmy na przestrzeni wielu lat podróżowania. Apartament ma 3 sypialnie. Dwie mają własne łazienki z prysznicem, trzecia ma obok toaletę. No i oczywiście perfekcyjny widok z ogromnego balkonu!
Cons: Pomniejsze detale - obiekt nie jest nowy kilka rzeczy można by odnowić. Nie zmienia to ogólnej pozytywnej oceny.

Cu toate că a fost la sfârșitul lui noiembrie vremea a fost numai bună de plajă
Pros: Este pe malul mării, foarte mare , cu o priveliște și viu minunat, plajă curată și frumos amenajată ,șezlonguri și umbrele la un preț corect , taverne și restaurante în zonă unde poți savura bucătăria locală.

Pros: Большой и КРАСИВЫЙ пентхаус, с красивым дизайном, с идеальным расположением - прямо напротив набережной, из салона и спальни открывается чудесный вид на море . Квартира большая и чистая, есть все, что нужно, было достаточно места для нашей большой семьи.
Cons: В качестве пожелания: хотелось бы большего напора в душе, так как напор в душе оставляет желать лучшего.
