Pros: The apartment itself is nice, perfect for a family of four. It has all the necessary appliances, and they all work. The beaches aren't close, but the closest one is a 20-25-minute walk away. You can also take a bus; the stop is nearby. A Sklavenitis supermarket and some good cafes are also nearby. Overall, I'd recommend this apartment for the price.

Cons: The shower hose needs replacing.

excellent value for money

Pros: this is a flat. with all the facilities you need - washing machine, free internet, air condition in each room, fully equipped kitchen. the location is very close to few super markets. 20min walk from the sea main tourist location taxi to the airport - 25euro (very early in the morning); 11 euros to Larnca mall Joe, the focal point, very responsive. after few feedbacks to him - the flat is great to stay in.

Cons: the only minor downside is the showers maintenance.

Comfortable

Pros: The property was in a great location with good parking facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean.

Cons: Sadly we did inform the management agency that the toilet hose in the en suite was leaking and causing a pool of water on the floor, unfortunately they did not resolve the problem during the stay. We also asked for extra pillows, unfortunately we were informed we would be charged for this. I think they should not be the case and for the comfort of customers this should be provided as standard.

Pros: Sehr komfortables Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Bad mit Dusche und 1 Bad mit Badewanne. Küche sehr gut ausgesttet. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Schattenparkplatz direkt unter dem Haus.

Cons: Check-in hat sich wegen falsch übermittelter PIN Nummer für die Schlüsselbox und schlechter Telefonverbindung mit dem Vermieter leider etwas in die Länge gezogen. Direkt gegenüber dem Apartment ist derzeit noch ein Haus in der Fertigstellung (Balkongeländer wurden montiert, die Zufahrt war im Bau)

Pros: Tökéletes elhelyezkedés (bolt séta távolságra). Minden volt az apartmanban amire egy családnak szüksége van a nyaralás alatt (mosógép, vízforraló, vasaló, hajszárító, ruhaszárító). Csak ajánlani tudom. A Whatsapp-os kapcsolttartás kiváló ötlet.
