Mackenzie By the sea one bed Ground floor home

Great stay!

Pros: The location was excellent, sea view, front deck, little backyard and very close to the center, beaches and airport as well. Bus station right in front of the house. The house is great for hot summer stays, maintaining a cool temperature at all times by default. The bathroom was renovated and the kitchen fully equipped. The location and the house are really cute and nice. If you like feeling just like at home, with no fuss. The kids park 10m away was a hit! Definitely recommend. The host was incredible and generous, letting us check in having a very early flight and a small toddler. As it was my birthday, she left us a small present for me and my daughter, as Christmas was right around the corner. It was a wonderful surprise and I truly appreciate all the efforts made for us.

Cons: As we stayed here in December, we missed having proper heating, we only had the air conditioner in the main room. The rest of the house was freezing, lacking any kind of heating. The water boiler is too little, we had army-like showers as the hot water was running only for 3 min maximum. With a little kid that's kind of difficult. Fortunately we had big fluffy duvets to keep us warm during the night. During the last night a huge thunderstorm hit and the walls started leaking over the dresser and near the tv cables so we had to switch off the electricity out of fear of shortcircuit and that meant no heat. The extra bed was wobbly and uncomfortable, so we had to stay still so we don't fall on the floor.

Pros: Really nice apartment in perfect location, there was everything you might need for comfortable stay. Very helpful and professional host.

Pros: Really great location, close to 3 beaches, restaurants etc. the host was extremely helpful, leaving some recommendations for us which turned out to be great, easily contacted & brought us beach towels very quickly on request. We would be very happy to stay again

Pros: Bijou apartment in fabulous location. Outdoor space back and front for relaxing and directly opposite the sea and the promenade. Comfortable bed and immaculately clean. Close to great beaches, bars and restaurants. Lovely, helpful owner who sent a video of how to get into property and even allowed us early access. She also arranged our taxi back to airport for us. Thank you!

Cons: Nothing, except maybe a few more mugs and glasses. It was the perfect location for us but might not suit somebody who minded traffic passing by all day.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the sea, with the option to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed: all kitchen utensils, cookware, clean bed linen, towels, and all the necessary appliances. There were even adapters for the Cypriot sockets, which was a very thoughtful touch! It’s close to the city center and only a short distance from great beaches like Mackenzie. The hosts provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, and we really enjoyed every place they suggested. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌿🌊

Wonderful memories from a very special place in Larnaca

Pros: We would like to thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a wonderful and carefree time in a cozy house right by the sea. All the beaches, tavernas, and shops are just minutes away. We felt very safe and special. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable (kitchen, refrigerator, iron, mini ironing board, very comfortable bed). This wasn't our first time in Larnaca, and it was definitely the best place we've chosen so far. The host, Kyriaki, is very professional, warm, and genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. Thank you Kyriaki for everything ;)

Cons: NOTHING Time has passed too quickly and we already long to go back and watch the sunrise from the porch again :)

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Widok morza na wyciągnięcie ręki. Mieszkanko przerobiony garaż. Ładnie urządzone, z dbałością o detale. Wystarczające na 2 osoby. Brakowało jedynie blatu/stołu w kuchni, łatwiej byłoby przygotoać posiłek. Właściciele niezwykle pomocni. Chętnie kiedyś wrócimy.

Cons: Brak wentylacji.

Pros: Fajnie urzadzony apartament w przerobionym garazu, maly ale zaaraznowany tak ze zawiera wszystko co konieczne do spedzenia czasu, czysty i chyba niedawno odnowiony. Zawiera tez mile akcenty jak suszarka z dyfuzorem, tzw. \

Cons: W srodku zimy dogrzewanie klima, ale to chyba standard.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e con tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione e vista bellissima.
