Excellent value for money in a good location

Pros: The biggest highlight of this property is definitely the location. Supermarkets and a bus station are just a short walk away, and we could reach the beach within minutes. What I really appreciated was the flexibility: you can choose between quieter beaches or more lively, crowded areas, and you’re close to the town center and main attractions without being stuck in a noisy area. Communication with the staff was excellent — they were very helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious and well-configured. We were five people and felt very comfortable. Although there was only one bathroom, we knew that in advance, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, for the price we paid, it offers fantastic value.

Cons: Keeping in mind that this was one of the most affordable options available, expectations should remain realistic. The furniture is a bit outdated, the drainage was slightly slow, and the cleaning could have been more thorough — there was some dust on the floor when we arrived. These are minor drawbacks considering the price, but still worth mentioning. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for travelers looking for a great location at a very reasonable price rather than luxury accommodation.

Pros: Very nice stat, good accomodation, very close to everything you need, about 5 minutes walk to Castella beach.

Excellent stay

Pros: First of all, hosts are amazing! Very friendly, welcoming, helpful and positive, asking all the time if we needed something. Location is good, 3 minutes to the sea promenade, and 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach. Supermarket is just around the corner. The apartment was very clean, floors, towls, sheets, bathtoom.... And it has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, two aircons.... I would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Olive Island in Paphos was relaxing, spotless, and truly enjoyable.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Olive Island in Paphos. The accommodation was spotless from the moment we arrived, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out throughout our stay. Everything felt fresh, well-kept, and welcoming, which made it very easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Larnaka. We truly appreciated the care taken to maintain such high standards—it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Cyprus!

Cons: There was no Hair dryer.

Perfect Service & Warm Hospitality!

Pros: We only stayed for one night, but our experience was absolutely perfect! The service and friendliness were outstanding – we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. What impressed us most was that they waited for our arrival until almost midnight – something you don’t find everywhere! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. We would gladly return anytime and can highly recommend Olive Island. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Peaceful and clean

Pros: Extremely friendly and welcoming, attentive and helpful! Amazing location, close to the beach and a nice walk to the old city! Airport bus is just in front. Comfortable bed and full equipment kitchen, perfect for everyone. Peaceful in the nights! This place is a must to book 💛

Amazing host and a pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel meets and even go beyond our expectation. We took the bus 425 from the airport to the hotel. It only took 10 mins. Nikos is a great host! He is very friendly. He gave us a map of Larnaka with some recommendation of restaurants. He also booked a taxi for our next travel destination. When we returned back to Larnaka before taking the flight the next day, we stayed at his hotel as well. We received a warm welcoming from him again. The room was spacious and clean with all the stuff we needed. It is only 5 mins to the beach. We will definitely recommend it.
