Came to see a friend for a few days to sit at the beach

Pros: Great location and the apartment itself was fantastic. Would stay there again and again.

Great place to stay in Larnaca

Pros: Nicely proportioned studio apartment - surprisingly livable. Super clean and clearly recently well renovated. Good location for town and beaches. Apartment includes everything you need for several days stay, nespresso machine, clothes washer, large fridge-freezer etc. Air-conditioning very effective.

Cons: Not much not to like. Dimensions of the bathroom and perhaps bedroom are probably a bit tight for larger people. TV didn't seem to have any channels tuned (netflix etc ok) not that you come here to watch tv. Maybe an FM radio or Bluetooth speaker would be nice.

Great apartment in a prime location.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, bright and spacious. Well equipped and well located. — we weren’t there long, but this seemed to be the nicest part of Larnaca to be in. Very close to the shore and to the beach at Phoenikoudes.

Cons: No major criticisms. One of the two beds had an unpleasant plastic mattress topper which was far too hot to sleep on, but the other one didn’t, so we moved there. There’s no hair dryer. Plugging in a laptop caused flames to leap from the plug and fused the whole building. It took a while to discover, via a neighbour, that as well as the fuse box for the flat there is a main one outside the building. It would also help to have the actual address of the property in advance — despite details on booking.com, the actual location is divulged only a day before. You get a range of emails and WhatsApp messages from what appear to be different sources with different numbers, but turn out to be a single agency. When we called the number given (for help with the electricity) the lady did not recognise the property, though she was in the end helpful.

Nice and comfortable apartment in the city centre of Larnaca

Pros: Very spacious Clean Staff very responsive on WhatsApp Very bright and sunny Quiet street and very close to the animated area (walking distance).

Cons: If you go by car, the streets and roads around are a real mess. Impossible to find your way around. Works, not clear ways of the streets… but the good point is that usually there is park place to park. Lack of some details (small lamp for reading in the bedroom, one or two coffee capsules, sleepers…) but it’s more a detail. The general was very well.

Excellent stay in this beautifully renovated apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment, recently renovated with a high sense of interior aesthetics. Apartment was very spacious, very clean, very well equipped. It has its own parking place. A lot of windows and a lot of light inside, what I liked very much. Very responsive owner via WhatsApp. Location was perfect - quiet area of the old historic part of the city but very close to the city centre with all important attractions. One minute away from the main sea promenade. In the neighbourhood there are a lot of excellent restaurants and bars.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very quiet, clean and close to main area. Brand new accommodation.

Pros: The Location was great, Host was very quick on my requests or questions before and during the stay and for that I’m very thankfull! I overall recommend the property

Cons: The property needs some sound proof Windows as every day we were waking up at 7-7:30 am from the neighbours screaming, I addressed my concerns to the Host and she was kind enough to suggest a wine as an apology and also asked the neighbours to not scream in the mornings. I appreciate the help however it didn’t help much :)

Pros: Apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean. It was very close to main street - promenade on the beach with many restaurants. Beach was 5 minutes walking. We all felt there very comfortable. Apartment has all facilities, everything was clean and new.

Pros: A beautiful and clean flat, just like in the photos. It’s well-equipped with all the essential facilities you might need. A great choice for a short stay, comfortable and convenient.

Cons: The area around the flat is generally quiet, but being on the ground floor means you can hear most passing cars and people outside. Also, since the windows face the street, it’s difficult to open them without compromising privacy and the glass panels above the walls let hallway light into the bedroom.

Pros: The apartment is brand new and exactly how it looks in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay. There aren’t any staff at the property but the hosts are very quick to reply to booking.com messages or WhatsApp - I was missing something when I stayed and the property manager personally brought it to the apartment for me within half an hour. The location is also excellent, very near the old town and city centre but also in walking distance of the beaches and the salt lake. They even upgraded me to the bigger apartment for free!

Cons: There were one or two very minor problems since the place is still very new, but overall I loved the apartment and felt it was great value for money.
