Livas Hotel Apartments

Pros: I had breakfast and diner, both were bufet with several options. The breakfast had daily almost the same options but the diner was every day diffrent with a lot of options well cooked. The stuff is very kind and hospitable. The location is very good, quiet area and very close to the Pernera beach, 3 to 4 minutes walk, it is a nice alley directly to the beach. I was on sevewral beaches in Protaras, but this is the best, it is small bay, with sand beach and clear water and not crowded at all.

Lovely friendly hotel

Pros: Lovely friendly staff; spotlessly clean; great location close to beach, local bars & restaurants; plenty of free parking.

Cons: Some small improvements with continental breakfast options would make this hotel perfect: more fresh fruit; better quality cereals, bread & coffee. No issues with the hot cooked breakfast: good selection, always freshly cooked & constantly topped up.

Lovely Hotel

Cons: Beds ok if you like them firm,no uk channels on TV considering a lot of English customers there.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room with new furniture(though on photo it looks like old)) Friendly staff, small supermarket just in the building, nice sea view, beach in 5 minutes by foot

Cons: No coffee on breakfast...only instant.

Fantastic location, and super pool

Pros: Super location, beside the beach, fabulous pool. Room suited our family

Cons: Fold down beds not ideal for 11 nights

Pros: It was our second stay in Livas. All I can say it’s a lovely place with lovely people😊 Definitely will be going back.

Perfect location and good value for money

Pros: The location is excellent, very easy access to the sea. In general it’s a good experience. Room was spacious, everything was really good for the price we paid (also breakfast included). There is a very good restaurant super close to the hotel (Dome). I liked that it was not very noisy area, in general we were satisfied.

Cons: There is no dishwashing liquid or sponge in the room although kitchen is available. The toilet paper in our room was dirty (there were some stains , most likely the previous guests left it…). Also there were some older stains on the doors and sofa also didn’t look like the most clean… BUT bedsheets and towels were clean so all good with that. Only instant coffee available at breakfast.

Pros: big room, with kitchen and living room friendly staff location is excellent and safe the hotel has a shop inside with good prices very clean throughout hotel has a good relaxing vibe i extended my stay in this hotel as it had everything i needed.
