Kotzias Beach Apartments

Pros: Size of accomondation, location, price. Was worth of money.

Cons: At arrival the water wasnt warm, they fixed it the next morning and gave us another apartment in the meantime to shower. It didnt cause big inconveniances.

Pros: Perfect location by beautiful beach and great value . Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Lovely pool with a bar! Will return next year!!

Felt like in heaven

Pros: Highlight of several locations on Cyprus. We were diligent in our research of the best value. We were amazed by large and clean the appartment, the genuinely nice staff, the super pool and last, but not least, the manager Evros, who is really caring for their guests

Lovely, comfortable and quiet place to stay.

Pros: We wanted a room change as the fridge was too loud next to the bed and we got a room upgrade. It's a great place to stay. This is the second time we've been here. Awesome location nice and quiet with restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons: That we had to leave.

We had a quiet and pleasant stay here. We recommend it if you are not intending to do a lot of self-catering

Pros: Perfect situation just a stone’s throw from the sea and walking distance to all Pissouri Bay restaurants. Well maintained and large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Helpful and kind staff. Good price.

Cons: The rooms are in need of some restauration but of course that would likely entail a rise in price. Few cooking utensils. Bed comfort not good for my arthritic spine. Small details such as curtains too long and drapes missing cords. Slippery shower and no anti-slip mat.

Great location and whilst not perfect the apartments are perfectly ok.

Pros: Stayed for two nights. Great location near the beach and very local tavernas. We could not see sign for apartments as not obvious and no instructions for check-in given so called phone number supplied on booking details. Check-in was entertaining having supplied my name in various formats on multiple occasions and even placed my finger on my name on the check-in list on desk…that’s me…still no joy until I gave my first name a final time and confirmed I had already paid via Booking.com! Pool area was relaxing with added bonus of poolside cafe area. Not sure if cafe is open after October. Apartment was clean albeit with outdated furnishings. Didn’t impact on our overall stay which was pleasant. Cleaning staff were very keen to clean room each morning so top marks for enthusiasm. Overall would recommend staying here as convenient location.

Cons: Check-in was a little painful.

Nice flat with garden view

Pros: It is a very nice place with a very nice owner. Very good comunication with the staff. Large and comfy beds and big rooms. The balcony with the garden view was the main atraction for us. The apartment is not on the sea side but the beach is very closed...150 m by foot. All the restaurants and bars are next to the flat.

Cons: Everything was ok. Good place for the money

Pros: Lovely apartment with all you need, 200m from a wonderful beach. Very big swimming pool with loungers.

Great location for a quiet beach vacation.

Pros: 60 meters from a wonderful quiet bay, clean water, clean beach with every facility needed (public showers, changing booth, etc.) some water sport facilities too (without interrupting the quiet). Nice swimming pool with lovely surrounding. The rooms had good AC. Restaurants, minimarket and bars within a walking distance (150 meters)

Cons: The interior design of the rooms did not match my taste.

Loved our stay here, we will 100% be back!

Pros: Lovely location so close to the beach and very helpful and friendly staff, can recommend as great value for money.
