Super clean and beautiful, modern room with an amazing location

Pros: - great location: directly on the heart of Nikosia, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and all the sights are around the corner - adapter in the room: thank you, you saved my life - super clean - easy and very friendly correspondence - beautiful roof top - I stayed for five nights and they even changed the be linen and refilled new water bottles - it was a bit cold in February, but the air conditioner helped to have a cozy and warm room - the handling with code to enter the house and room was very easy and now I prefer to have a code than a key card, which you could lose - the institution was very clear and easy —> It was like a good and nice hotel, just without a reception and breakfast. I am a person who usually prefers nice hotels, but I fully recommend Martin Nikosia City Suites!!!!

Value for money.

Pros: The room was clean, we had everything we wanted. We requested for an additional bedspread, it was delivered to us immediately. The location of the hotel was convenient.

Cons: Can't think of any

Pros: Easy keypad check-in, very New furnishings and construction, well kept and clean

Great fall out base in Nicosia!

Pros: Had a great stay in the heart of Nicosia! Nice modern suite with all the ammenities i needed! Had a lovely stay, also the parking around the corner at the Mosque is perfect! Would love to come back!

Cons: A little bit noisy from the streets below. But you are in a city of course

A comfortable, clean and quiet stay in a great location.

Pros: Just a few minutes walk from Ledra Street and the Green Line crossing but on a quiet street. Very clean and comfortable room, snug but good en-suite bathroom. Bonus of great view from the rooftop terrace. Good value for money, couldn't be better in its price range.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Amazing and super clean hotel. Easy self-check-in. The room was small but comfortable and again. really really clean. The location is excellent, very close to the wall and to bars and restaurants.

Nice and central stay in Nicosia

Pros: It was a nice, clean and light room right in the center of Nicosia. A really nice bed and nice pillows - and lots of them.

Cons: The howling mosque on the other side of the wall waking me up far too early. Of course that is a part of the experience when you stay in a city like this. Also a bit noisy from the stairs.

A beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable hidden gem

Pros: I rarely write reviews, but this was genuinely one of my best stays. Everything here is incredibly well thought through — so many small, practical details that you don’t even realise you need until you see they’re there. The space is spotless, beautifully organised, and feels effortless to live in. The rooftop setup is especially lovely — perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening on the sofas. The place feels calm, comfortable, and very carefully designed. For this price, it’s an absolute gem.

Comfortable and quality stay in the old town of Nicosia.

Pros: Excellent location, which is why I chose the room in the first place. The room was a bit cramped (not that I was not warned, all was clear in the description by the owner beforehand), so I would go for something more comfortable on my next trip. It was very clean, and the furniture/equipment was in excellent condition, it seemed brand new. As a novelty, this is the first shower with a glass door that did not allow for a drop of water to slip outside the shower, well-done!

Cons: A single complaint: the bathroom (like most facilities in these design-striken rentals) only had one hanger for the towels (which was not immediately visible, to my shame I only discovered it on the last day!), and no surface to place toiletries on: this is easily remedied, by adding hangers for the towels (behind the door? on the wall behind the door?), and installing at least one shelf, people! It's so typical of today's renovations: an architect designs, engineers and workmen execute, but nobody actually thinks about what it means to spend time in these rooms, and what could be simple additions and solutions to common everyday issues.

Cute place in the center

Pros: Cute room with thoughtful decorations. Right in the city center, 6 min walk from the bus station. The room also comes with Netflix subscription;)

Cons: Probably due to the winter, the hot water of the shower was a bit low in pressure.
