ICON - Private Holiday Apartments

The apartment was like living at home but overseas…we made some great life memories. Thank you.

Pros: Great location, great staff, great support, great hospitality, great experience and all via a personal touch. Mona the Property Manager was on hand to support - no matter what hour and kept checking in to see if we was OK. She made our lives so much easier and made the trip even more memorable and pleasant. Thank you….I would highly recommend this holiday home to any family.

Cons: My only recommendation would be to have more room keys for multiple holiday folks that are residing there. Everything else was very good.

Pros: I booked this place for my family to stay during their visit and asked for the best room, which they provided. Everyone was impressed by the sweeping views from the 17th floor and the luxurious ambiance of The Icon. The cherry on top was the infinity pool on a sundeck high in the sky. Thank you so much for accommodating my family!

Spectacular views, very well equipped.

Pros: Perfect location. All very well equipped. Spectacular views. Private parking was available and included within the apartment building. Nespresso machine with plenty of Nespresso tabs. Dishwasher also is plenty of dishwasher tabs. Fast Internet. Fast response from manager.

Cons: Sometimes there was smell from sewer pipe of the shower in the bathroom. But I did not complain, as I was busy working. Maybe they would’ve done something. In a place like this it should not happen in the first place.

Pros: Новый дом, свежий ремонт. Много посуды. В целом нам понравилось наше трехнедельное проживание!

Cons: Мы жили в аппартаментах 1705. Когда мы приехали в здание The Icon, девушка на рецепшене сказала, что у них нет нашего бронирования и мы ошиблись зданием. Я стала искать сообщения, нашла там, что нам нужно TLV team и только после этого она достала другой список и выдала нам ключ (один). Уборка не входит в стоимость. Уборка со сменой постельного белья стоит 100 евро, мы дважды ее заказывали и 1 раз нам сделали уборку бесплатно. Около стола нет розетки, мы купили удлинитель - надеемся, он так и останется в квартире для удобства всех следующих гостей :) Дверь в спальню плохо закрывается, скрипит и царапает пол. И в туалете такая же ситуация. Видимо, дом осел за 4 года - двери можно как-то подправить. Вторая спальня находится за перегородкой, это не отдельная комната. В спальнях есть шторы, но они не блэкаут - с 5 утра в комнатах светло. А в гостиной впринципе только тюль. Поменяйте гладильную доску: она ржавая и с дырявой, грязной тканью.

Pros: La literie et la vue exceptionnelle du 17ème étage. L’équipement très fonctionnel.

Cons: La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas et la porte de la salle de bain avait du mal à s’ouvrir!

Pros: Perfekte Lage! Einzigartiges Apartment mit wunderschönen Meerblick. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Shutteltaxi ist möglich. Extra ein herzlichen Dank an Mona! Sie war die ganze Zeit mit uns im Kontakt!

Pros: Хорошее месторасположение, отличный вид с балкона на город и море.

Pros: Moderne Wohnung in der 17.Etage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Große Tiefgarage und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür

Cons: In der Wohnung steht ein riesengroßer Fernseher, der nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nach Meldung unsererseits nicht repariert. Unhygienisches Badezimmer, aus der Dusche läuft in den Raum stinkendes brackiges Wasser.
