nice but needs some improvements

Pros: near to the nice small beach, very clean , nice ladies by checking in.

Cons: it was very basic. No coffee machine, if you are going to cook in the apartment it wouldn’t be a right choice as there is no enough plates and cooking facilities in it. Air conditioning is extra charge, the balcony faces a very loud street so you can’t sleep with the open windows. All the mentioned points are not the dealbreaker, however the apartment needs a little bit more attention from the managers so the guests feel welcomed.

Perfect apartments to stay at.

Pros: The location is perfect, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, car rentals, basically anything you need. At night it was perfectly safe and quiet, nothing like downtown Aya Napa.

Cons: Not mow the lawn at 8am in the morning. People are there for a vacation and need to sleep in.

Very nice place to stay

Pros: Amazing location, between nissi beach and city. Walkable distance. Super nice owners, very helpful. Rooms are big and spacious, clean. I saw comments before about slow WiFi but for us was working perfect, no issues with WiFi and AC at all.
